Finally managing to crawl out of bed long enough to enjoy my belated birthday myself.

Gods.. I hate this sometimes..

Bowel infection, then finding out I'm alergic to the most commonly used antibiotics.. urghhh..
Spent 9 days in bed nearly folded double. Just glad I didn't have to have anything removed..

I should be okay in a few days now.
On the plus side.. I've never been so pampered in my life. Even by my daughter who is still on crutches :)
 
Had a super boss old lady patient today. Doing the admit, ask her if she has dentures. Flashes a big ole grin, mostly gums, answering with a hearty "Hell no". I burst out laughing, hell, I'm still chuckling. Total day maker.

Reading something in the Nook that totally made me giggle loud enough to make people look at me funny.

Finally getting my property. But OMG what a fricking nightmare! Even at the closing table, while signing the last of the documents, another SNAFU came up to jeopardize the whole thing. That was this morning. I didn't hear until 3:00 pm that everyone who needed to sign had finally signed and the loan was funded and the property was actually mine!



And I still have to deal with the renovation phase.
