That is not what I said. Or what you implied in your first statement. You implied that through legislation the Right supports accusers and is unsympathetic to victims.
As for Sarah Palin? She's fucking stupid. But I agree with her on that issue.

I'm afraid I must disagree with this statement. The word 'victim' does imply that a crime happened, but your assertion that the courts have to say so for it to be valid is incorrect. The courts determine whether a particular accused suspect committed said crime. They do not attempt to determine whether or not it took place at all.
If anything, that may happen at the level where the DA decides whether enough evidence exists to file charges. But even if they don't file charges, they don't try to claim that the crime never happened, only that they won't waste time trying to prove something they cannot prove.

You're wrong. The burden of proof in a criminal court is three fold.
1. They must establish a crime actually occurred.
2. They must establish a motive for the accused to commit the crime.
3. They must establish that the accused committed the crime.
And they must establish all three of those things beyond a reasonable doubt.

...after being told by Mr Brit to be careful of the bruise on my forehead I didn't know I had, trying to locate it and sticking a finger right in the sodding thing! 
(Apparently I managed to pass out forwards and smack my forehead on the floor upon landing - nice going huh?)

Yeah, thanks to the pain meds I'm good
Got blinding stomach pains late last night and the next thing I knew I was in the hospital. Apparently I went very pale, passed out (banging my head in the process) and Mr Brit sensibly called an ambulance. Got suspected appendicitis (typing from the hospital bed now, in a stunning gown I might add!) so waiting on test results to see if I can go home tomorrow as nothing has yet shown up.
Am ok really...honest...
