At this time of year. Thick ice on my windscreen in the busy mornings, because I keep forgetting to cover it at night :(

Yes! grrr...or how about people that walk into an elevator without allowing those inside to get out - just to make sure that THEY get in before the elevator fills up....

YES! Same on the subway! Doors open but you can't get out because the idiots trying to get in block you.
 
Rude people who get irritated at life, taking it out on others, because they do not take the time to understand a situation.

I went to get gas one day, and the car in front of me finished when I was just getting started, then pulled out. A moment later, another car pulled in behind me and honked the horn at me in irritation because I "hadn't pulled up to the furthest filling station." The jerk even told me that.....
 
People who let their young kids wander off
people who speed up in order to not let you in to a lane
interstate dead ends (if your on the merging lane)
people who complain about politics when they do not know a damn thing in the first place
