Thinking out of the box. What to do with your erotic writing to earn money?.

Are we done here or would you like me to list more of my commissioned stories?

Thank you so very much for allowing me the pleasure of highlighting some of my stories.

Susan, I don't think they care. They get their jollies by insulting you and telling each other how smart they are.

Why waste time on them? You have another commission Christmas story to write for someone. Can't wait to see it.

I also find it interesting that they think I'm an Alt. They are sure funny, in a twisted sort of way.

Just keep writing good stories for your thousands of fans.

Actually Daddy, I've already completed the first two chapters and am working on chapter 3. I also started chapters 4 and 5 too. I could submit chapters 1 & 2 but I'd rather hold them. This is going to be another long story, not as long as Losing the House but Winning Mom. That story is a 150,000 word story.

It is so wonderful to know and love a writer of your talent. I hope new writers who find this thread come to you for help.

Your "fan club" seems quiet right now.

The new story will be a fine Christmas present.

Love you, dear daughter.

I always liked you better with short hair. Where is that great picture from some years ago, you know from the 4th of July picnic?

Hi Jaycox,

I didn't see your post until now. I thought this thread was already off the board or deleted for one reason or another.

All of my photos are old. They were all taken in my 20's. I lost all of my photos in a flood, the great 100-year flood of the Susquehanna River on 9/11/11. I lost everything and was homeless for 5 months until a kind, elderly Mennonite woman allowed me to stay in her spare bedroom. I've been there ever since.

Now, from being a squatter, I'm her personal healthcare worker and chauffeur.

Yet, the whole point of this thread was to make writers aware that there is a whole silent audience of readers out there reading their stories. We never know who reads our stories.

Many of them don't vote for our stories or leave comments but they read them. Sometimes, I receive more e-mails than I do comments about a story. It's in the e-mails that I realized that there is an untapped way for writers to earn a few dollars by writing stories for fans who enjoy reading their stories.

Now, I never solicit anyone from readers. I don't solicit them until they e-mail me.

If anyone has a question, please post it here or PM for me to answer your question in private.

Hey @SusanJillParker! Been a while since we talked. The work I asked you to take a look at (but you didn't have time, I can dig it) is doing GREAT.

What am I doing with my erotic writing to make money... it's a good question from the feedback I'm getting, my work is enjoyed even though I have backed off on the erotic content and concentrated on advancing a narrative. That's not to say that I have given up on short erotic only stories, I have had success making quick "strokers" based off of larger works such as Blindsided by the Blind Guy and Serendipitous Liaison, both are off shoots of We're a Wonderful Wife, the work I had originally spoke to you about. UNFORTUNATELY, my best (and favorite) work is fan fiction based on copywritten material, so cashing in on my skills is verboten.

Other than that - not a damn thing. I'm a retired, disabled veteran who works for plants and flowers in exchange for labor at the nearby nursery. I make a few dollars here and there crafting resumes for folks but that's about it. I don't watch TV anymore except for one show and a smattering of Japanese anime. All of my writing is for me it's stuff I find entertaining, they're plot lines I find engaging and dialog I find interesting. I share them on Literotica and some folks enjoy them. Amazon is now being strangled by Google and Hollywood doesn't want it. How can I tell? Because they don't make anything that comes close to what happens in my brain and falls out onto my keyboard.

And it's getting worse. Instead of telling a story, instead of crafting new worlds to explore, Hollywood instead has decided to prioritize Their Message and has chosen to lecture us lower life forms on how we should conduct our lives in order to conform to their standards. Of course, this is nothing new, Their Message was originally pieced together with the Hays Commission in 1934 and was quite enamored with the power they now had over writers. They've always had a way to bury audiences with their idea of how life in America MUST be, now they just seem to be more rabid about it.
