I write a lot in RPs, but I have wanted to be a novelist for years, though I can never seem to get the motivation to actually complete a manuscript, so I feel your pain, lol. The closest I ever got to finishing a book was 96 pages of a story that I later realized I couldn't stand. I once submitted a short script to Dark Horse Comics, but they never even responded, lol.

This is why NaNo works so well for me. I've so many half written novels, and yet more in my head, the pressure of having to get such a large chunk written makes me make the time for it. It's fun!
