LadiDarkMoon reminds me of a gf I had recently.

I have to admit (rather proudly) that I utterly love boobs that have become "saggy" as you say. For me a description is a thousand times better than a number - it allows me to imagine, while a number restricts your imagination. For some people, large might be 38F, for others 34C. Use a description so your reader can make up his or her own mind.
