Let me spring to the defense of "fat" chicks. As long as there is a nice difference between waist and bust size, bigger is, if not better, damned nice.

But I also think Luke was more expressing his dislike for breasts that are weighted down by their own size.
Personally I don't have a problem if my breasts don't look like to perfectly round oranges sitting on my upper chest. So long as they aren't past my belly button I'm happy to have actually cleavage to show off.
