It had been a helluva climb to the 60th floor but luckily there wasn't much security or lighting considering the building went two-hundred floors straight up. Who was crazy enough to make the climb...

Victor Delecoix, professional hitman, theif, and bomb-maker for hire. By the look of him one wouldn't think he was as seasoned as his file would state, but the young Ash blonde mercenary still had a higher body count than most of his competitors.

He was muttering to himself as he closed in on the target floor, his back pack rigged with enough explosives to incinerate three floors of this tower in seconds and maybe a few more depending on how quick the fire countermeasures kicked in.

He'd have to hurry because of his competition, Naomi... Just as dangerous as him and always getting in his way, but this job was a little different, they had made a bet, winner gets the contract money and the loser has to 'work' for the winner for a week, problem was the definition of work was simply following any and all orders. "Maybe she'll get caught in the blast," he smiled to himself to himself "but then again, I have so many plans involving my old 'friend' I'd hate to burn her to a crisp." Chuckling as he hauled up to the next vent and ripped the grate open and up into the air system.

Naomi Leech simply strode into the two hundred story building--or was it two hundred floors? She could never remember how building measurement worked. It was just useless information in her eyes, so she never bothered to learn it. It didn't matter. She just knew that she had to get to the 60th floor. The security for such a large building with such an important man was terrible. There were two guards in the front, which she quickly dispatched without a blink of an eye. The 24 year old woman was skilled in a number of fire arms, more specifically handguns. They were easy to carry around, and when well taken care of they never let her down. She carried four on her person that evening. Normally, she wouldn't have bothered with four--two would have worked just fine. But her good 'friend' Victor would be on the same job; she needed the extra fire power.

Swiping a security key off of one of the dead guards, she went to the elevators. After calling the elevator with the key card, she shot the camera in the corner and pressed the button for the 60th floor. She whistled as it ascended, checking her primary weapons and then her back up weapons.

When the elevator reached it's destination, Naomi peaked out of the doors, checking to see if the hallway was clear. She slipped out of the elevator as the doors were closing and started down the hall where her target's office was. She stopped when she heard something coming from her right. She turned and looked up at the air vent. After a moment, she smirked. "Good evening, Victor," she called softly. "Having fun?"

She caught him slithering through the vent 'her ears were too damn good' he grumbled kicking out the grate and jumping down between her and the door "Having fun? Well I'm going to be having a blast." Tapping the strap on his pack playfully before unsheathing a pair of knives.

"Little match to make the final decision sweet heart, or would you rather I just blow us all to hell with one tug." He had the pack rigged in three ways a rip-cord instant detonation, timed, and remote if all else failed. She was a better marksman but it's been awhile since they straight out sparred.

Naomi groaned at the horrible pun. How many times had he used that one? She rolled her eyes. "Really, Victor? You can't come up with anything better than that?" She shook her head. She smirked as he pulled out his knives, and stroked her gun lightly. She raised the gun and aimed it at his forehead. "Sweetie, you know I'll kill you before you can even blink. Step out of the way, boy. I got this one."

"Why kill a classic...speaking of which." He threw one of his knives with surgical precision the edge grazing the back of her hand forcing her to loosen her grip on the weapon, as he rolled to the side of her aim and closed the distance between them. Stripping the gun from her hand he twisted a wrist and his remaining knife settling at her throat "I'm still faster, sweet heart."

He smiled at her waiting for her to try something, these little moments between them were always so entertaining.

Naomi gasped at the sudden pain on her hand, and before she could refocus her attention he had a knife to her neck. She scowled at him. "You are such a dick!" She said. Moving fast she stomped on his foot with her heel. She grabbed his wrist and wrenched the knife away before crashing her skull into his. "And I still have a harder head than you, baby," she sneered. Taking a step back, she kicked him square in the stomach, snapping her hands away from him. She rubbed her wrist and grabbed the gun off of the floor.

She pointed the gun at him, walking backwards to the door where the target hid behind. "Stay there, Vicki dearest."

"Well I guess you win then." Recovering from the painful blows, he reached to his belt as if he was just putting his hands to his hips, sliding his fingers back and *click* holding a flash grenade he'd pulled the pin and thrown it, covering his eyes as it went off in a deafening shock wave of light and sound.

Taking his chance he tackled her through the door, the target had drawn a gun Victor was turned his attention away only to kick the gun from the target's hand. He halfway into reaching for another knife on his belt he had blocked a punch and used the knife to pin the target's had to the wall. Pausing for a moment, not really paying any attention to Naomi he looked the victim in the eyes and found his fourth knife out of the six that he carried, he had it up and ready to plunge into him.
