I have no issues with a woman wanting to be "one of the guys." If she can cut the mustard with her peers, then she deserves whatever place she can carve out for herself. Just like everyone else.

This has nothing to do with men having physically more demanding jobs or a job that is traditionally "male oriented," its that it's not a competition. If a woman can hack the job, then there's no reason she can't do the job.

On the other hand, pretending that merely because a woman wears a man's clothes and/or works in a job just like a man, or spits/swears/etc just like a man, she somehow magically becomes "male" or "a man." And vice versa. It's just ridiculous to say that anything has changed because gender transformation is nothing more than role play. And role play doesn't entitle anyone to claim that they're something they aren't.
