But it was mostly Macaroni. Or shortened to Mac. but yes sometimes he would say "Time for dinner little macaroni" or similar. As I got older, the "little" part was dropped.

I call my little son "buddy" and also "bub" because my dad called me bub.

Loving nicknames given by good parents stay with you for life.

I even passed mine on. My son will never meet my dad but he gets my dad's nickname for me. He's my little buddy.

I once heard a clever person explain that there’s a reptilian part of our brain that handles fight or flight responses, basically the stuff that if you had to stop and figure it out a T-Rex ate you already,

I would like to say this and chime in as well- I am aware overalls don't seem like the most natural fit for an outfit that looks absolutely erotic on a woman, it's not a common look. But I know what Peter is saying about them-
