To Facial...?

I truly believe that 90% of the porn audience is male, male, male. Some female "directors" have taken a stab at making porn for women but seem to have failed to actually develop porn FOR women. They must realize that even still, 90% of the audience is male, so they go after the audience and not the women. My wife and I have yet taken another stab at finding porn for couples, only to be disappointed again. It is still directed at a male audience. Our most recent attempt showed several couples in different segments and it was always the women sucking a guy off with no orgasm, followed by fucking in various positions while wearing a condom, ending with more sucking and finally the guy shooting his load all over her face. There was even a F/F scene thrown in. Funny how "couples" porn often has a f/f scene but never seems to have a m/m scene! We want an erotic movie between one man and one woman that is mostly plot with some erotic regular scenes and some downright XXX scenes with some kind of erotic seduction lovemaking going on between one man and one woman. If real life people can make love for an hour then why can't some porn directors make a porn flick with just one couple making love for an hour with a realistic plot thrown in?

I'm guessing it's because they have a formula that works for them, and they don't want to even bother trying to get what they see as a smaller slice of the market that yearns for exactly what you described.

In the vast world-o-porn, there ARE films of actual couples who love each other letting their lovemaking be filmed. I'm aware of an entire series, which I'm pretty sure the Blowfish people (amont others) will stock. I agree with the prevailing sentiment that most porn is awfully formulaic. And I LIKE porn, but man I wish someone with a scintilla of intelligence would create at least a little of it.

Just now right under this thread on the board, there's another "How do I get her to..." question, and most of those questions boil down to "How do I get her to do something I saw in a porn DVD and which I suppose must really be hot BECAUSE it was in a porn DVD and now I want MY girlfriend to be like THAT chick." Trust me dude, you don't. At least I hope you don't.

I predict we'll eventually see a thread from someone who wants his girlfriend or wife to squeeze his cum out of her pussy because of a "creampie" porn he watched and thought, for some incomprehensible reason, was HOT.

Well, I have to disagree on the premise of this argument completely. It doesn't matter if this stuff is in porn movies or not. It's totally irrelevant where the source of the idea or stimulus is generated.

If two consenting adults happen to like doing some sexual action. that may by normal standards be defined as not main stream ie. fetish, then there's no problem. If one party happens to not want to do it for whatever reason, then there's a problem, but if they are willing to do it to entertain their partner's desires then whats the problem?

Does seeing bongade acts (strange or not) on porn videos get lumped into the same classification? I don't think so and no one seems to say bondage is "incomprehensible".

I don't think we should be judging what other people think is HOT or not. If someone gets turned on by it, then fine and if they have a partner understanding enough to participate and help satisfy that urge then all the better.

As for mainstream porn movies. Yes they pretty much crap. Some of those producers should try tapping the talent that Lit writers have to offer. There are actual storylines on some of them here.

I agree with what the poster before me said, if consenting adults think something's hot and want to try it because of that, that's their business.

There are, however, people who want to try something they've seen in a porn movie for the sole reason that they've seen it in a porn movie. Not because they think their partner will enjoy it; sometimes not even because they think they'll enjoy it, but because it was in a porn movie and therefore people must do that kind of thing and therefore they should.

In other words, some people don't have a firm grip on the line between fantasy and reality.

I only want to offer my belated congratulations to Herbie for his winning Album of the Year @ the Grammys last year..."The Joni Letters".
Give my best to Vinnie C. next time you see him...

I actually bought one of those series of lovemaking but it was more of an instructional thing than it was a movie. I would like to see a hot porn movie especifically made for couples. I kind of already know what goes where already. I think someone hit the nail on the head when they said they are going for the major audience and not interested in a small slice of the market.
