Today I did two very impulsive things. Those that know me, know that is not like me at all.

1) I said something very stupid and hurtful to someone I care about first thing this morning. And I still I regret it. I wish I could take it back. But it was said and heard.

2) I told a customer today to take his busines elsewhere. He was rude to my secretary for the last time and I will not tolerate that from anyone. Even a customer. That decision I do not regret!

Today I applaud DC for #2! *with regard to #1: DC you're human and you care that you said something hurtful, apologies don't take the words away but they do mean something.
