Today I'm guilty--I've lived in Arizona since '98 and have yet to visit the Grand Canyon. My excuse is that I want to experience it with my best friend and she wasn't here long enough on her first visit for us to make it there.

Things are good with me--including work if you can believe it or not.

I definitely killed the Coleus plant-it lasted less than a month. I'm still waiting for you to tell me how I did it.

Today.... Denae reminded me that although I've been in AZ for 2 years this week, I too have yet to see the canyon. Or the painted desert... or Lake Powell... or a million other places.

Still... today I also realized I'm lucky to live in such a beautiful place.

I'm taking my time, I guess?

Today....hiked for an hour, rewarded myself with a chocolate hazelnut danish and coffee at home, have a pot of beans cooking on the stove, vacuumed, dusted, cleaned the bathroom, read the newspaper, and now stopping in for a bit to say hi to everyone here!
