Today I....

... struggled yet again with finding the right way to say things, and the best way to handle things.
As usual, at the end of the day, I find that those struggles were worth all the effort I gave them.
Tomorrow, I will face the same challenges again, and I will welcome them, because I appreciate the struggle for what it is.... it is right.

Today, I also hope that all the Litsters are well... as well as can be.

Today I looked back and saw how far I've come in a relatively small span of time and it humbled me. I'm thankful for the courage to change my life when I discovered it wasn't what I wanted or needed rather than stay trapped...

Today, I traveled about the beautiful city of Amsterdam between riding the tram back and forth to work and taking the afternoon to walk around a bit.

Today I read in the newspaper that the estitmate is over 4,000 participants walking/running in the Walk to End Domestic Violence (in Phoenix, AZ yesterday) and so far $275,000.00 has been raised--not all of the pledges/donations have been calculated yet. It was the 3rd year for this event in Phoenix and each year more people participate and more monies are raised.

It's amazing what we can do when we come together.
