Hello folks, I'm just trying to make the best of an interesting part of life.
Today I say hang in there Cate! I was once on a drug for three months that, for all intents and purposes, threw me into a temporary menopause. Those hot flashes are NOT fun. But make the best of it and share with us if it helps.

Today I'm chuckling Jazzy. I have renamed hot flashes to 'not so flash hot flashes'. While they can come on quickly mine are not flash quick!jacuzzigal said:Today I say hang in there Cate! It's not bad overall - I've decided that I will share ALL the lovely effects with everyone I know, especially sharing my mood swings with all men within a one mile radius of my swing. It's only fair I think..... that whole payback thing.

TG, Great idea to focus on the things we do have. We rarely apreciate just how good we have it sometimes. As for the 4 things in life you desire, know that just because they escape you today or seem out of reach, does not mean they will not come to you in time. Live life for today, enjoy what you have but keep your heart and mind open for those things you yearn for. Have a little faith my dear.
