Today I took a 15 minute nap and it was wonderful and met a wonderful new friend.

Today I am double booked, but I have to do both jobs anyway, which means I can't be where I truly want to be which is vegging online. 4:21 a.m. here. Way too early, but at least I can check in.

Will get a free haircut...I hope I get more than I paid for :)

will come home and clean after working half a day and getting a haircut

will watch a great movie with Nat on the tv and laugh at him laughing at me about it.

Today I destroyed a large portion of my Windows7 reg files, thus rendering my 2k worth of desktop useless unless I wipe it and start again....

today i realized that things aren't always as they seem,,,,and me being me isn't always the best thing.

Today I discovered that it’s possible to buy a mint chocolate flavoured spray to numb your throat...It’s called deep throat spray!

PS: It's not what I was Googling for

Today I'm thinking that bad haircut...seems to have improved. Maybe styling it myself helped...I kind of like it in a Lisa Rinna kind of way.

Today I want to thank my boss for the gift card that bought me so many pretty things.

Today I hurt like the devil.

Today I take steps toward making that last one not so true.

Today I am putting off dealing with Basil the Hamster. Very faint breathing last night 2 and half not eating. Fear the worst. Not looking forward to my son arriving back from school.:(

Done nothing yet.
If you knew how horny I am you could view that as a good thing.

Today I didn't have to work for 13 hours with an hours drive each end...and for that I am infinitely grateful...

Today I was on my way home from picking up my nephew from work, when five white-tailed bucks sprinted across the highway. Luckily no one hit any of them, not even a graze. As the rest of traffic resumed, my nephew and I watched, along with another vehicle, the bucks make for the woods, all but one.

The one buck that didn't, was the largest of the five, and had probably an 8 or 10 point rack. He ran in a different direction, heading toward a farmer's house and barn. We watched him run, then stop just short of the farmer's yard.

The buck tossed his head, and looked like he wanted to charge something - anything - anyone. He pawed at the ground, swung his body to and fro and then much to the shock of my nephew, myself and the other people watching the display, the buck dropped dead.

I kid you not - he just dropped to the ground and lay there. Both the other vehicle and I turned our car around and parked in the farmer's drive-way. The other vehicle was ahead of me, and went to find the farmer, while I spoke with the passenger of the other vehicle.

We both wanted the same thing - - - believe it or not, to let the farmer know so he could process the kill - if he so chose to.

The driver of the other vehicle, came back and the farmer gave him the buck. lol

There are positives to this story - one being that the deer will not go to waste and my spouse doesn't have to process a deer.

But also, after talking to my dad, he said that there is always the chance that the deer died not just from a heart attack or stroke, but also was already sick with a disease and was running a fever. You can always count on my dad to put a positive spin on something. lol

Also though that it would not look good for me to bring home a deer, with no damage done to it, except fright and show my husband that I can bring home the meat without a gun and he's yet to bag a deer. So peace remains pretty solid in the house tonight. lol
