I thought that about this last one too. Lo and behold I got it. Hoping hard for you Italian.Today I will have a teleconference which I am looking forward too actually, it is that my counterpart wants us to go in the same room and do it together, which is fine, but...she asks the most redundant, embarrassing questions at any training we have, so I am hoping they don't hear her, and think ME.

I know it is hard to keep a positive mental attitude, but I think sometimes you have to. It is harder to do than it is to say. I'm going to be hoping you hear positive things too.
Nat kept telling me...stop fussing, you did your best that is all you can do, if they can't see that, it isn't the place for you. *I rolled my eyes a fair deal* but he was right.

I too have recently found that a little alone time with self and prayer is not only a good thing but an essential component of life. Its been getting better every day.
