The Quran and remarriage:

For a divorced couple that wants to remarry after they have worked out their differences, the Quran says that a divorced couple may remarry each other if and only if the wife first marries another man, they have sexual intercourse with each other, and then this second man divorces her.

And they sat that the Bible is screwed up

Divorce:

A final and absolute divorce is built on a three-stage process, coordinated with a woman’s monthly cycle.

A man may pronounce a divorce against his wife only after her menses, not during it:

In order to check hasty action and leave the door open for reconciliation at many stages, the right method of pronouncing divorce as taught by the Qur’an and the Traditions is that if and when it becomes inevitable, it should be pronounced only when she is not in her menses and even if a dispute arises during the monthly period, it is not right to pronounce divorce during that condition, but he should wait for her to cleanse herself and then may pronounce a single divorce (but not the third and final one), if he so likes.

The divorce pronouncement is repeated two more times. On the third one, the divorce is final and absolute.

He should wait for the next monthly course and pronounce the second divorce [but not the third and final one], if he so wishes after she is cleansed. Then he should wait for the next monthly course to pronounce the third and final divorce after she is cleansed.

Marriage the easy way:

A betrothal in Judaism occurs when the woman accepts money, a contract or sexual relations offered by the prospective husband.

Once the period of engagement is complete, the woman is legally the wife of the man. The relationship created can only be dissolved by death or divorce.

Because marriage under Jewish law is essentially a private contractual agreement between a man and a woman, it does not require the presence of a rabbi or any other religious official. It is common, however, for rabbis to officiate, partly in imitation of the Christian practice and partly because the presence of a religious or civil official is required under United States civil law.

Divorce:

In order to end a Jewish marriage, Jewish law requires a Jewish bill of divorce (Get). The marriage is ended when the husband gives his wife the Get and she accepts it. A standard Get procedure is non-adversarial and does not involve litigation. There are no grounds needed when there is mutual consent and no personal questions are asked.

Scurvey, a much feared disease amongst mariners, is caused by a simple lack of vitamin C. Its not a pleasant little affliction, teeth go black and drop out, and because good old vitamin C is needed to metabolise energy properly, sufferers tend to be weak and listless. The british Navy's solution to the problem, was to issue one lime per man per day. To be eaten in the prescence of an officer. Mostly because limes arent very pleasant to eat on their own. Thus earning the British Navy the Nickname Limies :D
