All adult, high risk felons...they have just made their way thru the system long enough to make it 1/2 way into the community.

Just released a guy convicted of Mrrder 2 back in 1979...killed a cop as a matter of fact.

Guess who got to drive him 50 miles to the parole board hearing....alone?
