I agree with that . I disagree with your assessment about MTG being not too bright. I listened to her on a pod cast. She’s college educated and very bright. She owns her own business and is more in tuned with the middle class and below. I agree with her H1-B visas and 600,000 Chinese allowed in our colleges. Trump is wrong on that issue and he better change his views on that or he will lose his base and the 2026 elections. I think MTG is an honest broker and we should all pay close attention to what she does.

There is a need for H1-B visas but 600k Chinese and Indians is just fucking over our own. Trump should be energizing our own kids and finding ways to incentivize and educate our own. Maybe subsidizing college tuition in areas that are needed is the better way to go. There is a ton of corruption in the H1-B visa program.

Yep - agree with you on MTG. There's a lot of things I don't agree with her on but she's a smart lady and she knows her voters and her supporters. She's right on H1B's and 600k Chinese students and Trump is out to lunch on that issue and alienating his base. He's in his last term and he might not think it mattersbut this is an issue that will cause a GOP wipeout in 2026 - the base may not change their vote, they may simply not bother to show up - and no amount of redistricting will change that - and with a Democrat majority in the House and Senate, it's a done deal that Trump will be a lame duck and fighting impeachment for whats left of his term - and all because he learnt nothing from his first term. I thought he had, but obviously I was wrong and he's making all the same dumbass mistakes.

The way I see it, MTG has no intention of going down with Trump's ship and she's bailed out and is seperating herself from him on the issues that are importat to her (and the GOP's) base. She'll get re-elected. A lot won't.

And as for Epstein, I could care less, but it'd be hard.

The Republican Party exists to make the rich richer. For years Trump won the support of whites on the losing end of the growing income gap by convincing them that he hated the same people they did.

Trump's hard core supporters have been white men who were losing jobs to computer technology, automation, and factory robots.

Nevertheless, they have the intelligence to know that H1B Visas and Chinese college students make it harder for them to get good jobs.

She's genuine. I admire a politician standing their ground and holding on to their principles. Rep Massie and Senator Paul take a lot of hits but they truly believe in massive budget cuts, cutting wasteful spending and good for them. Republicans lose a lot of votes standing their ground and not behaving like lemmings unlike their counterpart democrats. Dems stick together but that exposes them as unprincipled, holding on to power being their strategy, more important than representing their constituents. Many times Nancy forced her party to hold the line, tyranny by majority. A good example is the ACA, a totally failed social program, full of lies and empty promises.
 
Another area where Marjorie Taylor-Greene can peel off supporters from Trump is Pedophile Island. At the least Trump knew what was happening there and did not say or do anything about it. At the worst Trump went to Pedophile Island and forced underage girls to submit to his infamous lust.

People on the pb think I'm a lap dog for Trump. Nothing could be farther from the Truth. Trump, in my opinion, was an idiot for wanting to leave Afghanistan, giving up Bagram air base and turning his back on all those young women just trying to get an education and make a better life for themselves.

There are a few issues that Trump is pushing that outright piss me off. 50 year mortgages for one. Some of his pardons another. He needs to have a sort of fireside chat and point out to the American people his strategy on lowering cost, how he's dealing with inflation and push the issue of illegal migrants. Expose democrat political leadership inciting violence against federal law enforcement. Why he hasn't cut the cord with Putin is baffling to me. That being said he does a lot of good things.

She's backed off on space lasers. She's against geo-engineering to modify weather. Big windmills and solar farms controlling climate change. Large solar farms can change local weather patterns due to the heat emitted.
