Trump Preparing For War With Venezuela

Iraq - "it's all about the oil!!!" Why don't we have the oil shit for brains?

You have NO IDEA as to what this is about.

Yes, U.S. oil companies significantly benefited from the Iraq War, gaining access to Iraqi oil fields and securing lucrative contracts after the conflict. The war facilitated the end of Iraq's oil nationalization policy, allowing foreign companies to exploit its substantial oil reserves.

StAnn is a LIAR / GASLIGHTER who needs to ADMIT they were WRONG and APOLOGIZE.

🤬

We. Told. Them. So.

😳

And just recently U.S. oil companies gained access to some of Iraqs most easily extracted oil reserves.

😳

So, yeah: It WAS “all about the oil”.

We. Told. Them. So.

I wouldn’t be surprised if we go after their oil.
At one time Venezuela had a kick ass economy, probably better than here. Richest in Latin America.
Media as usual has people looking left when they should be looking right.
OK Sparky here's the 411.

Venezuela was the jewel of S. America. They had a prosperous, vibrant, and growing economy. Most of that economy was oil based and the government of the day thought, "Hey, think of all the good we can do if we nationalize the oil industry!" And that's exactly what they did. Instead of using the money to diversify their economy the created a massive welfare state, free this, free that, and it all worked................until..................global oil prices dropped and they didn't have the money to pay for all the shit they were giving away. Along comes Hugo Chavez, a Communist sympathizing military officer who ran for office promising to "bring the 'good times' back." While he may have been successful as a politician he was a total economic incompetent who presided over the start of Venezuela's slide into failed narco state. He was replaced by a barely literate bus driver by the name of Nicolas Maduro who has managed to accelerate the slide.

Now, going forward it's going to have to be oil that pulls Venezuela out of the shit hole it's in today because that's the ONLY thing they have to offer the world short term to help restart their economy. We are not going to take their oil anymore than we took Iraq's oil. But they ARE going to have to use their oil to pay for the much needed and long overdue infrastructure rebuilding that will take place.

And that's where we are today.

This post did not age well.

“The president made clear he expects the U.S. to sell seized oil assets and said he expects money will both go to Venezuela as well as the U.S.

"We're going to be taking out a tremendous amount of wealth out of the ground, and that wealth is going to the people of Venezuela, and people from outside of Venezuela that used to be in Venezuela, and it goes also to the United States of America in the form of reimbursement for the damages caused us by that country," Trump said.

One little kink there, they are allies with Russia. As you know and the media reported Venezuela condemned the US for backing Ukraine.
Big brother Russia might have a little say on that.

And China is heavily invested in Venezuela as well:

China has invested significantly in Venezuela, providing over $67 billion since 2007 to support the Maduro regime, primarily through loans and development projects. This financial backing has helped sustain Venezuela's economy amid its ongoing crisis, despite concerns about the long-term implications of such dependency.

😳

It almost seems like DonOld is trying to create an international incident to distract from something…

Russia is one of the reasons we took Maduro down. Along with his relationship with China and Iran. And no one cares what Russia has to say.

The President of War needs another distraction from the Epstein Files
Has it ever occurred to you and your cult that the Epstein Files are the distraction from all the issues we have today?

And I'm in favor of full release, not just what they've done so far. I stand with Massie. But we have many things more pressing now.

They are allies again and Biden gave Ukraine big $$, I might think that’s enough reason for Russia to put pressure on Venezuela to condemn the states for doing so.
All you heard out of CNN was do you think they should WIN. I’d be pissed to, and we have the gall to try and make a peace deal.
War mongers and your stuck in the middle.

You don't know that, but the point is valid and it rarely works out as planned. That doesn't mean badly, just not as planned.

There is a compliant government in place............for now. And there is a duly elected government in waiting.

But cleaning out the thugs come first.
There is also a POPULAR RESISTANCE in waiting. This is going to be as prolonged and expensive a quagmire as Iraq.
