I didn't say guiltless. I said the confrontation shouldn't have occured in the first place.
What you seem not to want to get is that Michael Brown caused the confrontation. He was strutting down the middle of the street on an in-your-face high after robbing a convenience store. And when the cop came along, he attacked him for his gun. You refuse to get that because you want it to be someone else's fault other than the black guy's.
The confrontation occurred because he was raised to be a lawless, in-your-face thug. And as long as people like you give people like him a pass and try to make him a martyr we'll continue to have lawless, in-your-face thugs being raised and unloosed on society.
