Trump had four years to win or end the War in Afghanistan. He failed to do either. After twenty years it was time for President Biden to admit defeat and withdraw.

Former Warsaw Pact countries became democratic and voted to join NATO because subordination to Russia taught them to fear and hate Russia. Russia's behavior in Ukraine has justified their fear and hatred.
