I took it as a weird variant on dike. There may be a connection between the slang and geographic terms.

I don't know any 'bull' or 'diesel' dykes to walk to work. Not sure what those terms mean precisely. I hang out with some gays, no lezzies that I know of. Dyke meaning 'Dike' is still more common than 'Dyke' meaning 'Butch Lesbian' according to my book of word usage. I don't think there's a connection between the two.

In high school a couple of my friends used to have a competition of who could jack off more on their sick day. It was an honor system, but I think the high mark was set near 17. That's probably a little over twelve hours, but going solo I bet just about anyone under the age of thirty could do 7. I'll have to try sometime and see. i have no innate talents & didn't even know there was something such as triple-jointedness... in fact, i'll have to say that's the Falsehood... i could be wrong but i believe double-jointedness is just an indication that tendons supporting joints are loose, thereby enabling further range of motion without extreme pain... so, since they're either loose or not, i bet there's no such thing as triple-jointedness.
