The weather guessers seem to have in it their heads that my mountain is going to get a foot of snow in the next 24 hours. I don't believe it. 'course, as long as it's below the head lights, it doesn't bother me much.
 
I had my semi-annual check up at the VA the other day. You'll be happy to know; I'm normal and fit as a fiddle. I got a covid shot and a flu shot. Being that I'm 60 years old now, I'm in the high risk group. Also got my first retirement check last week.
 
As long as Larry doesn't have to do anything special when he goes out to poop, all will be well. And congrats on your stellar check-up.


Wat got his flu shot when he was in last week getting his bloodwork done.


We're sifting about for an elevator mechanic. Service in this industry swallows monkey cum by the bucket-full, it seems. But Wat knows some charming things to say to people, some of which can be very motivating.

We seem to have an elevator appointment for Thursday to get it checked out again. The wire butcher will be there to go over the 3rd floor again - that's tomorrow. A drywall guy is coming Thursday to look at that clusterfuck. Hell, we may actually get some work going for a change.

I'm drinking coffee at my desk, work happens and I will be here until Friday. At least things are slowing down a bit.
 
I'll be away from the office after Friday until sometime after New Years Day. A skeleton crew will keep the company going. Too much in the hopper to just shut down.
