Morning all, cycled in to my own office these last two days, how weird a feeling to be not at home working , drive a car Saturday for the first time in 5 weeks too... all a bit strange, this whole thing seems to drive a risk averse suspicious culture. Unless you are a beach lover in Dorset!

A colleague lives locally and said that even on Sunday when the police had nominally closed roads the car park was full again. There was a horrible video of Bournemouth beach and sea front, and staff trying to police it, and the overall feel of people not just disobeying Covid rules but all rules! Scary ... how quickly civilised society breaks down!

And those fuckwits cliff jumping.... personally i dont want to watch someone intentionally throw themselves of a cliff and smash into the water breaking their back in the process... I wish them well - it think.

Thats where my mind goes...... similarly with rock climbers and sky divers... make me wonder....

i get that. i didn't enjoy the london eye, cable cars scare me, and there's no way i'd stand on that glass platform over the grand canyon - or the glass floor at the top of blackpool tower. open door of a C-130 or the ramp on a chinook - no drama.
