What a lovely day.

You know, I saw two people who I’ve known since I was a teen finally tie the knot after rooting for them for twenty plus years to finally get together.

It was a real “how I met your mother” moment if you like for them.

They helped me so much when my wife passed - truly, you know who your friends are.

Lovely! Why can’t we have that here? I spent all day watching and listening to my windscreen wipers. The sky was just rainy foggy grey.

Ugh, there is a kind of beauty in rainy foggy grey.. but, also in crisp clear cold weather (windy though, so it feels even colder).

But!! Stonehenge, I have never seen that!!

But!! Stonehenge, I have never seen that!!

To be fair it is awe inspiring given how old it is. But much better in the summer when you can walk around it. If you ever get the chance it’s well worth visiting.

Everything obviously hurts right now, but that was expected. All taken into consideration, then I think that I am doing pretty good!

(Yes, I am my own worst enemy )

Well, I have already decided that I am going to visit @Wand3rlust this spring/summer, and it would be silly not do a little bit of sightseeing while visiting there!

I am doing better! Being able to take a real shower.. wow, I had underestimated how important that is for the mental well-being.

On top of that, I was even able to sit and draw for a bit (oldest daughter had a weird request for a drawing ), before getting outside and walk (it was only 3,5 km, but I did not want the suture to break, so steady and easy wins the race. )

When I moved to London many many years ago, it was one of the first pubs I drank in. Quite close to a mainline station and I try and pop in when I’m back in the area for old times sake
