I was at a wedding in Scotland once and it sounded like a foreign language to me. I made friends with a lovely couple from Northern Ireland who I had trouble understanding at first. I was born and raised about 150 miles south of where they lived!

These days I speak English with a German accent according to my Mam

I will let you know, say "where are your papers".........If there are any programmes that have strong accents be it Scouse, Scott's or Irish i swop over to Peppa Pig.

Yes, but some of it comes with practice.

Well it goes without saying they were lovely

Wandered down to beer garden about 6 last night and it was beautiful. Very glad I got a massive sleep in this morning though. Do I risk a repeat later?
