I got them from some guy who said I was hitting on his girlfriend,

What it was last Friday I was shopping and the bloke in question and his girlfriend were walking behind me, I went into a shop followed by them and held the door open for her and him like I always do,

Well, they left again just after me so I held the door and smiled, once outside I felt him grab my shoulder.

I turned round and he strated on at me about hitting on his girl cos I was holding the doors and smiling at her, I tried to tell him I wasn't and he punched me in the gut, I dropped to a knee and he kicked me in the ribs... leaving me with the cracked and brused ribs...

It is but we trained afterwards as well...this is just training before league starts in a couple of weeks!

Played table tennis tonight for the first time in ages....finally found a club to play after looking for ages, good fun!

Man, my brain is total MUSH. I had some strange experiences today... nothing sexual, but totally surprising (for me). Very, very surreal.

I also wrote a short story inspired by......RAIN. It was pouring down, and I started imagining a story, and I got home and just wrote. It's about 2000 words, and is about moving on, new beginnings, getting over first love etc.

Got mine from the Interweb...but its kinda easy when all your looking for is penguins!

you can use any picture really....just need to re-size it to 150x150 pixels or less.
