Plas yes today is/was cold but i dont tend to notice the cold, working in amongst freezers can do that to a man.....

I'm good thanks juicy. I feel pity for you though, I rarely ever suffer from hangovers, no matter how much I drink. :)

Hangovers are caused by the dehydrating effects of alcahol so the secret is to drink a good amount of non-alcaholic liquid before you pass out the night before. Some people say orange juice, I prefer water. Doesn't matter just as long as its non-alcaholic.

When I do have a hangover though its like i've had a tank run over my head repeatedly.

Morning plas, one trick i've heard is to eat some dry toast about an hour before you go out, either that or drink a pint of milk, your a lucky bugger not getting a hangover much although last week when i drank half abottle of vodka mixed with stroh (an austrian spirit that is 80% proof) i didnt suffer next day at all.:D
Though when i do get one im the same as you:mad:
 
well dry toast is meant to soak up the alcahol before it gets to the bloodstream and milk is meant to line the stomache so it takes longer for the alcahol to take effect. Both of those are nothing compared to just drinking something before nodding off.
