Knock another 3 inches off your wifes height Zuke, like I said I'm little ;)

Yeah, I thought I recalled you saying sometime that you were 5'-1", but maybe I just pulled that out of thin air. And you're thin, too, I take it.

Yup, I am, too thin in my opinion.

*Chuckles* no, the females in my family go grey very young, mine started when I was 14, I've been dying it since I was 16, was red for a while.

On her 25th birthday my wife stood in front of a mirror and plucked out all her grey hairs -- a couple dozen. A year later she looked at in the mirror and decided she'd better learn to live with the grey.

I was probably in my late 20's when I was sitting at the dining room table at my Dad's house with my back to the door, and he came into the room and looked down and said "Are you starting to go grey!?!" He sounded really kind of shaken by the prospect.

But 14, no I've never run across that before. If you let it all grow out it'd probably be a stunning silver by now.

Not quite yet, but soon and you're right it is silver rather than grey. Once I have no brunette left I'll grow the dye out and get it cut, then I might just dye it lilac :D

The poem "When I grow old I shall wear purple" wasn't referring to hair color, but if you wish....

Actually, black with purple or blue highlights looks good on Friday nights. And red looks good when strolling through the park. Silver when you go out to a nice restaurant. Decisions, decisions.

I figure if I'm going to dye it I may as well go for something different to the norm ;) Maybe silver with purple tips.

You mean silver with purple tips isn't the norm there in Essex? (Kent? Where ever.)

Now that sounds interesting......

They do that too !

My beard used to be auburn in the winter and copper in the summer. Now it's mostly white.

My hair is still mostly brown, though, with just flecks of grey all over.

Do you have a moustache to go with that beard ?

I'm glad I'm Welsh :)

Mustache, yes. Beard without mustache is really odd-looking. The mustache is still kinda red. It'll lighten up when I've spent some time in the sun.

I've got a Welsh last name, but my genealogist cousin says that as far as she can tell the family came from Kent. But that was 350 years ago.

Lol! This has been a fun discussion to read.

You can probably guess what my hair colour is.. as I'm oriental ha.
I'm probably going to dye it sometime, but I actually look best with black hair. It's kinda dramatic, because it's an extreme colour. I always wear extreme colours, like bold red, white, etc. never wear pastels, they make me look grey.
I'll probably dye/streak my hair brownish-reddish and make it wavy like Song Hye-Kyo. She looked so cute in Full House with that hairstyle. But then Song Hye-Kyo is just cute, no matter what so.. beh.

I think I'm roughly the weight I'm meant to be. I'm about 5'6 so I'm not exactly short, but I'm not a giantess either. I weigh 120-130 lb, but I think I'm a bit bottom-heavy. I have a small waist, and big hips comparatively speaking (well, big-ish--not in proportion to rest of me). Not the Chinese norm. Oriental girls usually have no hips, practically. I seemed to have had hips and thighs added on! Oh yeah, and a bum. It doesn't seem that odd though, cos I have broad shoulders so it kinda balances out the hips. It's only when you just look at the waist and hips that you notice there's something a bit wrong there!
