Unable to download images...

Has anyone else had this problem?
A virus, perhaps?
I cannot download images from the web. Any image, any site.
On some sites, I get an error message, "source file unavailable"

Anyone else ever had this problem? Just started this afternoon. I have to go, and don't have time to play with things right now, but if anyone has any info to share, or ideas, I'm sure I can use all the help I can get. thanks.

If you're using EI5 or IE6, check Tools -> Internet Option -> Advance Tab -> multimdia/show pictures -- it should be checked. If it isn't, you should just see placeholders where there are images on the page.

Thanks, I'm using netscape 7.1.
I still haven't had time to screw around with it ... maybe this evening.
