Unable to log into chat from my laptop.

Hi Manu, I am not able to log into chat from my laptop. I get a pop up saying chat is not available. This has been going on since Thursday. I am able to log into chat from my iPad. Can you help?

I told a friend and she has registered twice, but cant log in. She gets the confirm email and clicks it waiting on approval, but then never is able to log in. She's tried twice. What is she doing wrong? Thanks.
