Undercover Agent (PM to apply)

As soon as James walked out of the toilet he was surprised to see Andreas, Nico and Yuri sitting at a secluded booth. His first thought was that this was a stupid move- if someone wanted to kill them they wouldn't have a problem and he would have to watch them, to keep them safe and his next thought was that he would have to show Yuri just how stupid he was later. As he moved past the table they were sitting at he made eye contact with Andreas then walked back to his table and sat down.

As soon as he sat down a waitress came up to his table and asked if he wanted a drink. He looked at her and told her that he didn't before he sat back and watched the table that his boss was sitting at. He then realized just how obvious he looked at began to scan the restaurant, looking once again for possble threats as he knew that whoever wanted to kill Andreas, if they were stupid enough that was would know that they had to get past Yuri but they did not know about him and that thought alone brought a smile to his face.

Michelle finally began to ease herself away from the jovial group. She picked up the empty glasses and put them onto the tray on which she’d brought their fresh drinks. Turning and making her way back to the bar, she made sure that she avoided even looking at the table where the three men were sat.

Where was Adam?

Her mind raced, wondering if he’d caught anything worthwhile on tape or camera.

Taking a circular route she picked up empty glasses as she passed by. Extending her hand once more, she smiled at the customer.

”Can I get you anoth … “

Her voice halted as she recognised the man who had shunted her earlier.
She made no comment and continued with her offer as she put his empty glass on her tray.

”Can I get anything from the bar for you?”

Her face was friendly as she awaited his response before moving on.

He looked up as soon as he heard the voice of another waitress and he was prepared to tell her to go away but when he saw who it was he knew he had to get her away from him.

"No thanks, I've had enough for the moment but if I do need one I hope that you bring it to me."

He watched as she moved away then sat back and continued to watch her for a few moments more then turned his thoughts back to the three men at the table. He hoped that their meeting was going to be a short one or this was going to be a very long night for him.

"No thanks, I've had enough for the moment but if I do need one I hope that you bring it to me."

Michelle smiled and took the glass.

"Sure ... anytime ..."

She told him easily and moved away slipping behind the bar with the tray of glasses once more.

"You OK?"

Jade's voice was concerned.
Michelle shrugged and forced a smile.

"Sure ... his loss, right?"

Jade grinned.

"Right."

She affirmed.

Michelle giggled and moved back to get the next drinks order from those waiting at the bar.

After a minute or two James decided that neither of the three were in any trouble and he was getting thirsty. He slowly got up off his chair and moved to the bar then stood there waiting for the waitress that was pouring the drinks to serve him. As soon as she came close enough he said, "I would like a large glass of water please."

Michelle took the note and turned to hand over the change with a smile.
Automatically she moved towards the next customer.

"I would like a large glass of water please."

Michelle nodded, responding automatically.

"Still or ..."

She met his eye and smiled in acknowledgement as he clarified just what he wanted.

Pouring the drink, she handed it to him, took the money and turned to ring it up and get his change.

The process of serving drinks had become automatic now;
Michelle was as skilled as any experienced waitress.

"Thank you," James said before he grabbed the glass and moved back to his table.

As soon as he sat down he knew that this might be more fun than he bargained for. When he took this job it had been as an enforcer but he knew that he was better than that- Andreas had Yuri to fill in that capacity. He was there to make anyone who was a threat to Andreas and make them disappear. He sat back and watched Andreas- wondering what his boss was up to this time.

Michelle Levain

Michelle watched her customer take his glass of water and turned to the man stood beside him.

"Hi again beautiful ... some round again ... and one for yourself..."

Michelle smiled in acknowledgement of the man from the far table who had been so charming.

"Right away..."

She told him and began to fill out the order.

"You remember what we had then sweetie?"

Michelle began to lay the glasses on a tray for him.

"Of course ... I have a good memory ... for my favorite costumers... "

She winked flirtatiously and continued to fill out the order.

James sat at the table and watched the waitress closely, noting that there was something about her. She had the face of an angel as well as the body of one but there was something about her that James thought of as strange. He could not place what it was but there was something that got his inner warning system telling him to watch her.

Handing over the change, Michelle smiled at the young man and shook her head at the invitation to join them.

"I don't think I can get away right now ..."

She told him regretfully, but noted that the flow of customers was slowing and knew from experience that it would continue to do so.

"I'll try ..."

She promised and winked.
Reluctantly he had to accept her answer and moved slowly, tray in hand back towards his group.

He watched as the men finished their discussion, all of which was caught on tape, and then stood from his uncomfortable chair as they made their way into the club. He thought it was about time to get a drink. Taking the holster off his hip, he set it and his radio on the small table. Pulling up one of his pant legs, he slid his gun into the ankle holster, and double-checked the equipment again. Once everything was set, he left out the back of the building, and jogged the two blocks to his car.

Starting up the car, he turned the vents on fullblast to try any sweat that had formed from his jog, and was looking reasonably fresh by the time he made the short drive and arrived at the club. Parking out front, he made his way casually inside, then moved to the bar, for the moment paying little attention to anyone else who may be inside. Spotting Nico, or anyone that was with him, right away would give him away far too easily.

Michelle Levain

Michelle did not see Adam until he was stood at the bar.
Fortunately for her, she did not serve him.
She barely missed a stroke as she filled the order and watched as his drink was prepared for him.
Their eyes met silently and she flicked her hair, her eyes indicating the table at which Nico, Andreas and the thug Yuri sat.

Turning then she filled the next order, smiling at a remark her customer made.

"Ya know ... I might take those guys up on their invite..."

Chelle told Jade as she handed Adam his change.

"Yeah ... you do that ... I had a break a while back ... don't run yourself into the ground..."

Michelle allowed herself a deliberate glance over in Nico's direction and sighed.

"Yeah .. I know ... not worth it ..."

She commented wistfully and smiled as the other girl urged her to get going.

"I'll holler if I run into trouble..."

Jade warned good naturedly.
With a soft "thanks", Michelle slipped out from the bar and walked past Adam without acknowledging him and sauntered over to the group at the table she had served earlier.

She allowed a chair to be pulled out for her and sat herself down with a grateful sigh and laughingly refused the drink pressed upon her.

Now ... if Adam could select a table back here, he would be out of sight of Andreas' booth, but perhaps she would be able to talk or at least make contact with him.

After a short time, and after draining a third of his drink, he grew restless and turned away from the bar, scanning the room slowly as if looking for a table. He made eye contact with none, and his gaze only paused on empty tables, but on no faces. There was no point or reason to get over anxious or to start to arouse suspicions.

Spotting a table in the back, not far from where Michelle sat it seemed, he rose from his barstool and made his way back there. Sitting, with his back against the wall, he crossed his legs under the table, bringing the ankle with the holster on it up near his hands, making his gun readily accessable. He didn't like the look of the group he saw go into the club, and could only hope nothing eventful happened tonight.

Michelle Levain

Michelle was all smiles for her companions.
She smiled and flirted, but did not fail to notice Adam taking a seat at a table just behind them.
Sat at a right angle to him, she was sure not to meet his eye.
Even as she relaxed back and finally accepted a drink at her host's request, her mind raced.
Somehow she had to get to talk to him!

Glancing up to check that Jade was coping she saw Nico stood looking very cool, very self assured, brandishing a note and chatting animatedly to Jade.

... Perhaps ...

Leaning her head on her hand with a saucy smile, she turned her full attention on the young man sat beside her and laid a hand casually on his arm.
Encouraged by her response, he chatted still more animatedly.
Warily, now she did not have to turn her head, she caught Adam's eye.
She willed him to understand.
Her eyes went to the back door leading to the "powder rooms" and then she flicked her hair - one of her habitual codes - and sat upright, allowing a meaningful glance back at Nico.

Laughing loudly she ignored Adam's almost imperceptive shake of the head and with one more brief eye contact, she turned her attention back to her audience who were becoming louder and now teasing their companion that he had "turned the head of the pretty waitress", whilst she blushed prettily without denying their affirmations, which drew heightened laughter.

Business was concluded, and the bullshit camaraderie of drinks with "the boys" was almost over too. It was a necessary evil when dealing at Nico's level, the really big boys seldom indulged, and seemed to have calmed him down a little.

Nico had left the table, on business he claimed, and was passing a note to another one of the bars waitresses. Andreas hoped it WAS business and not another attempt to turn a pretty head, but had no way of really knowing. Despite the fun and games earlier, it looked like his trip to hell might finally be coming to an end - the compensation was that Nico was all fired up after a visit from the big man, and would now take instruction from an aide in future. Unless something went seriously well or awry, Andreas might not need to get personally involved here again.

He frowned again. Something was a little awry with the dynamics in the room - although he couldn't spot anything remotely awry. There were a couple of tables taken up by single males who seemed intent on their drinks, rather than the ladies - but James was one of them. Perhaps that was all it was - Andreas's table itself added to James would be enough to cause that sort of subtle effect. He was fairly sure that ALL the staff here had SOME sort of idea who or what Nico was and, coupled with the incident earlier it was no surprise that their corner was avoided by the waitresses.

He continued to keep an eye out though.

Michelle Levain

Michelle giggled and continued to sip at the drink that had been pressed into her hand.
Without looking, she knew that Adam was trying not to watch too closely and she knew that he disapproved.
She knew she’d get no censure from him, merely pleas to be more careful, not to take chances, but she had to play her role. She couldn’t just let Andreas walk out of there, not until she was sure that Adam had enough evidence against him ... and in order to be sure they had to meet.

Turning her head deliberately, Michelle saw the note pass between Nico and Jade.
She narrowed her eyes as if angered by the “betrayal” just as Jade looked up.
It wasn’t her friend's fault.
She could tell that from the helpless look the girl threw her.

Realising that he had lost Jade’s attention, Nico turned his head and looked directly into her eyes.
Holding his look for the merest second, Michelle deliberately tossed her head snubbing him and wound an arm around the neck of her companion and joined in the conversation that was in full swing.

”A girl can’t help being impressed by a real … gentleman … “

She commented, knowing that her voice carried … just enough …
Letting her hand play along his shoulder, she smiled into his eyes.

”I bet you know how to take care of a woman, don’t you … “

She ignored the whistles and suggestive remarks.
She sensed rather than saw Nico approaching.
She was playing with fire, she knew but … she ploughed on, playing coy and teasing as she purred.

”You wouldn’t let her be manhandled, would you hun?
You’d know how to stand up for any girl who …”

She gave a sharp cry as she felt a vice-like grip on her arm, wrenching it away from her companion.

”Time for you to find out I think Chelle …”

He sneered.

”Nico … let go of me! This is none of your business!”

Her voice rose indignantly but his other hand wound in her hair silencing her.

”Excuse us a moment gentlemen … “

Each deliberately polite word dropped like a chip of ice.
The group now silent looked from one to the other.
Michelle saw her companion setting to interfere, but she put out a hand and stopped him.
The last thing she wanted is for any of these men to get hurt … or involved anymore than she had let them be already.
Nico released her hair and guided her to her feet.

”It’s ok … I… I’ll be back in a bit … “

She told them shakily hoping that Adam was or soon would be “in position”.
(Some way to arrange a rendez-vous!)

Her arm still imprisoned by Nico’s ruthless grip, Michelle allowed herself to be escorted through the back door out into the long passage beyond the bar.
She prayed she had not provoked him too much and that his notorious temper would not be totally lost during their confrontation.
All she could do was stay in role … and pray …

James watched as Nico took the waitress out of the bar with a smile as she was no out of his hair and was there for not his problem any more. He then noticed that Andreas was about to leave and got up to leave himself but then he saw the person that was sitting at the table that had been just behind Andreas's. There was something about this person that he didn't like and he had to check out what was making him feel this way.

He then realized that he was just being stupid and knew that he had to watch Andreas, that was his job. He got up off his seat, walked to the bar and straight up to one serving staff. He started some small talk with her, making an impression so that she would remember him when he came back in and he knew that he would. James then looked around the bar again before he straightened up his coat and walked out of the bar, into the street.

As soon as he was out into the street James knew that he needed to go home as this had been a long, hard day for him. He walked over to his car and after getting into it started up the car and drove down the street. The only thought that he had in his head as he drove off was Please let today be quieter than today.

Andreas watched in surprise as Nico seemed to melt down, striding over to the table where the waitress from before was clearly attempting to taunt him.

Clearly rising to the bait, Nico dragged her from the table and towards the back of the bar. None of her erstwhile companions had imbibed sufficient dutch courage to do anything about it - but he could tell by the dropped heads and shuffling of feet that they felt bad enough to do something slightly less brave, like call the cops.

Andreas turned to Yuri. "We're leaving. Now. Bring the car around back."

He would get out of here before his associate did anything stupid enough to warrant real police attention.

Michelle struggled as Nico dragged her along the passage away from the doorway of the bar and up towards the exit.

”Nico! Stop! You’re hurting me!”

She gasped as Nico swung his arm and threw her against the wall, not pausing before turning her roughly to face him.

”What the FUCK was all that about Chelle?”

He grated, his hand still ruthlessly gripped about her flesh.

”Wh… what do you mean, Nico…”

She stammered, unsure what had really angered him, her earlier intrusion or the flirting he’d just witnessed.

”Don’t play games with me sweetheart … you know JUST what I’m talking about … “

Michelle barely had time to shake her head when the stinging blow fell across her cheek. Instinctively her free hand flew to rub at the red stain the backhand had left on her usually creamy complexion.

”Nico…please… don’t… look… I … I was just messing around in there … I … “

His free hand yanked at her hair bringing tears to her eyes.

”No bitch makes me look stupid, yer hear?

Michelle tried not nod, but her head was pinned.

”T’ain’t enough that you stick yer nose in ta where it don’t belong … you try ta make a fool of me too … “

The hand left her hair and moved to her throat, watching in detached amusement as she gasped for breath as his fingers tightened on her windpipe.

”Nic… no… Ni….”

He moved away so suddenly that her knees buckled, causing her to half fall to the floor.
Head low, she crouched trying to get her breath and massaging her bruised throat.

(Where WAS Adam!?!)

She didn’t like Nico in this mood.
He was angry, but he was also so damned self-assured and in him that was still more dangerous.

”Jade told me yer had the hots fer me babe.
‘that true?”

Michelle staggered to her feet and faced the man who now lounged on the opposite wall, a mere arm’s length away from her.

”I… I thought you knew … how I felt … “

She lowered her eyes, avoiding his hateful ones, making sure she didn’t see her disgust.
She could feel him grinning.
If she flattered his ego … then perhaps she’d get out of this without any further injury.

”If you were taught some manners … some respect… “

Her flesh crawled as she felt his eyes move assessingly over her body.
Her eyes remained fastened to the ground.
God … how was she going to play this one out?

”I’m an important man ‘round here sweetheart …”

He reached out and pulled her towards him.

”You’d do well not to forget that…”

Michelle fell against his chest.
His fingers were in her hair again pulling her head back to make her face him.
His leer revolted her.
He saw the indignation, the spark of rebellion in her and rose to the challenge.

”Let’s see just how good a girl you can be for me baby…”

He bumped against her drawing a surprised gasp as she felt his hard cock pressing into her.
Nico laughed as she tried to pull away.

”Not so fast baby… now… you’re gonna make me feel … much better about all this … show Nico how much you really want him …. “

Michelle’s mind raced.
She could not help glancing desperately back to the door.
Nico’s eyes narrowed.

”Good thought … just to make sure we won’t be disturbed … “

In one stride he had the exit open and was pulling Michelle after him.

”As you’re so keen on alleyways sweetheart, this is the perfect place…”

This was not in the plan and this part of the alley was NOT under surveillance.
She had to get back inside … and NOW.

”No… Nico… please…. Not here … not like this …”

She pleaded softly.
His eyes gleamed maliciously.

”Yeah babe … right here … just like this … “

He yanked her unbalancing her and forced her to her knees.

”Now … convince me you’re a whore worth keeping … “

Michelle began to struggle for all she was worth!
His hand was at his zip.

He cursed as he tried to free his engorged cock and control the woman who definitely was NOT going to go down on him willingly!

James cursed to himself as he drove his car back to the bar. How could he have been so stupid as to leave his phone behind?! He drove quickly through the streets, trying to get to the place before it ended and he wanted to get some sleep as well. He was in a thoroughly irritable mood now and the only thing he wanted was sleep.

He stopped his car in front of the bar and swore when he saw that the doors were closed. He got out of his car and walked to the front doors but breathed a sigh of relief when they pushed open. Slowly he walked back into the bar, trying not to make eye contact with anyone as he walked to the table that he had occupied and there on the table sat his phone.

James picked it up, turned on his heels and walked straight out of the bar without saying a word. He walked to his car and got in, pushed down the accelerator and drove off down the street. He turned his car around to check the back of the bar- something was bugging him and stopped when he saw the two figures struggling.

He wondered if he should help this woman and got out of his car but when he saw the face of the man he stopped in his tracks and knew that Andreas would not be happy if he beat the living hell out of Nico. He walked back to his car, turned off the engine and sat there, wondering how this was going to play out.

Adam watched, with wandering glances, as Michelle was taken from the main room of the bar by Nico, and he frowned, taking another sip of his drink to mask it. The fact that she was again out of his sight, and apparently with an angry Nico, didn't sit well with him. It was stupid of her to provoke him like she did, and if he wasn't visiting her later tonight in the hospital, he'd have to let her know how he felt about it.

For now, though, he had to find a way to help.

Pondering for a moment, an idea struck him. He drained his drink, then stood from his table, keeping an eye out for the waitresses. As one passed him by, he waited until she was just out of ear shot before he began speaking to her.

"Excuse me, can you tell me where the restrooms-" and then he cut himself off, and shook his head, as if irritated that he wasn't heard. With a frown, he looked towards the back, in the same direction Nico and Chelle had gone, and started in that direction with a slight shrug.

Just a man looking for the bathroom.

He wandered for a moment in the backroom, but made sure it was only a short moment, then appeared as if he'd try the back door. Walking through it, he paused, holding the door open and casting a triangle of yellow light into the dark alley, as his eyes settled on Nico apparently trying to free himself from his pants, and Michelle on her knees in front of him.

That wasn't right.

Looking like a deer in headlights for a moment, Adam mumbled something about being sorry, he was just looking for the bathroom.

But he didn't move.

Michelle Levain

Michelle struggled in earnest as Nico unzipped himself and began to haul her nearer to his cock.

”Nooooo Nico! Noooo!”

She protested trying to shake free of his merciless grasp.
The sudden appearance of the man who stumbled into the alleyway caused them both to pause and turn their heads to check his identity.

It was all Michelle could do not to shout out Adam’s name in relief!

She caught her breath as Adam pretended to look around sheepishly and muttered something about the bathroom and made to excuse himself.
And yet he stood as if uncertain whether to intrude or not.

”Nooo … No! Don’t go …”

Michelle implored him and began to scramble to her feet.

”Shut it bitch!”

Nico growled.

”Nico! Get the fuck OFF me!”

Michelle kicked out at him eliciting a snarl of pain.
Instinctively Nico hit out; the back of his hand striking Michelle across the face and catapulting her to the ground where she lay temporarily dazed.

”So … given up on the bathroom idea huh?”

Nico sneered at Adam, then ignoring his “audience”, he turned to where Chelle lay.

”You just gonna watch … or do you want a piece of her too?”

Nico threw the casual invitation over his shoulder as he slowly advanced on Michelle.

”Now ... baby … let’s try that again, shall we?”

His smug voice and quiet determination chilled her as she lay helplessly at his feet.

Adam continued to watch silently, still playing the role of someone who had stumbled upon them and not someone who had intentionally walked out and found him hitting her. Still, he wasn't about to back off and leave her out here.

Still faking hesitation and indecision, he glanced back over his shoulder, looking into the bar, and then back at Nico, and shrugged his shoulders slightly.

"Are... you sure you should be hitting her like that?"

He'd love to arrest the fucker right now, and maybe have him fall down a few times once the handcuffs were on, but there were suddenly bigger fish to fry than Nico, and he had to tread carefully so he didn't blow the case.

OOC: This is fun peeps - all gathered together in one place!

IC:
Checking that everything was gathered together (a predecessor of his had once been busted by leaving a digital organiser behind at a meet) Andreas headed for the back door to meet Yuri with the car.

As he ducked quietly out of the back he almost ran into the back of someone else, stood there. Cursing his luck, he was about to excuse himself and walk a short distance away when he caught sight of the tableau over the strangers shoulder. Inwardly he cringed - bringing the stranger in meant he couldn't just shoot the waitress afterwards with impunity and not shooting her left her free to take her spite out on Nico (and himself!) at a later date.

Michelle Levain

Michelle gave a cry as he pulled her by the hair, raising her from the ground. She sat immobile as Nico freed his cock, it's angry purple head standing proud. Obviously the "rough stuff" turned him on and she knew that things were rapidly spiralling out of control!

Barely aware of Adam's continued presence, she moaned a soft protest as Nico drew her head forward pressing his cock to her lips. Michelle whimpered, as the hot tip nudged at her lips and willed herself not to gag.
Nico took her lack of resistence as acceptance.

"Good girl ... now ..."

With supreme effort, Michelle eased upwards, as if preparing to service him, kneeling up and placing her hands on Nico’s thighs steadying herself.

”Yeah … ‘ knew you’d be one hot little…
AAAAaaaaahhhhhhhhhh!”

An agonised cry rang out as Michelle rammed a fist into his balls yanking roughly, trying to give him as much pain as possible. Taking advantage of the fact that Nico had released her to cup his injured "tackle"and was now yelping and cursing alternately, Michelle began to scramble away, knowing she had to get herself the hell out of there and quick!

”Hell … were you gonna stand and watch him rape me?”

She threw out angrily looking up towards where Adam was stood.
Her anger froze on her lips as she found herself looking into the chilling eyes of Andreas.
