Unexpected Love

Kia looked over at him and smiled broadly" Everything is perfect Nick" she said and kissed him again. She looked in his eyes and said " Im just wondering how lucky I am that you found me Nick.." she said leaning against him.

Nick put his arm around Kia as she leaned into him. He pulled her closer to him as they sat on the bench. "It wasn't luck Kia. It was fate. It must have been meant to be. How else can you explain what has happened in such a short time."

Kia smiled and said " I cant explain it" she said and kissed his cheek " It just feels natural amd amazing being with you Nick" she said and teased looking at him and said " So does this mean were official?"

"Kia, I think we are as official as two people can be who just met, and one of them spent a lot of the time couped up in a hospital bed. If you are asking if I want to see you and be with you....only you....yes. I enjoy being with you and want to be with you as much as possible."

Kia looked at him smiled holding his hand. " I enjoy being with you as well Nick ... much more than id like to admit" she grinned. " I know weve just met but I feel closer to you and comfortable than I have for a while with anyone honestly"

Nick kissed Kia softly as he held her hand. It was pretty amazing how close they had become. Nick believed that it had something to do with him finding her in the park and making sure she got help...that was probably a lot of it. No matter what it was, though, Nick cared about Kia a lot.

They stood up and started to walk again...hand in hand. "I feel very close to you also, Kia." They walked and talked a little more about their upcoming trip. They joked about how long the trip was and how short a time they knew each other. They arrived back at Kia's place, and, as Kia opened the door, Nick looked around. He was happy to see that Kia's ex was abiding by the restraining order, and not coming around. The trip would put some space between them, and Kia would be able to start fresh when she got back.

Kia smiled as they returned to the apartment . She had an amazing night with Nick and now she wanted to relax and hang out a little more before heading to bed.

They walked into Kia's apartment and Nick closed and locked the door behind them. He kissed her lightly on the cheek as they sat on the sofa together. He was really enjoying spending time with Kia, despite the fact that they had only known each other a short time. He wanted to get to know her better.

Kia smiled leaning in and kissing him softly before flipping on the tv handing him the remote " you pick" she grinned curious about the shows he watched. She was having a good time with Nick regardless of the situation they met in he was amazing.

"Not a good thing giving me control. I don't watch much television, unless, of course, I am watching sports. Why don't you pick something and convince me that it is something that I should watch." He handed the remote control back to Kia and kissed her on the cheek.

Kia smiled turning to a reality show because that's all there really was on that night. She kissed him back and moved in closer and smiled. She wanted him but she would wait till Fiji. She wanted more of what they did in the shower.

Nick put his arm around Kia and pulled her closer to him. He was enjoying her company. He wanted even more, but he was not going to push it. He was willing to take his time with Kia, because he thought there was a chance for something special with her.

Kia smiled leaning against him and relaxing in his arms. Nick was an amazing guy and she knew he'd never try pushing things with her. She reached down holding his hand and looked at him.

Nick felt Kia looking at him and turned to face her. He smiled at Kia and kissed her lightly. "I enjoy spending time with you. It seems so natural to be with you. I am really happy we met." He kissed her again and squeezed her hand in his.

Kia nodded and smiling saying "Hey do you want to dancing? or Maybe drinks?" she suggested wanting to have fun."

Nick smiled at her. He liked that she wasn't just someone that wanted to sit around. "With you, I am up for anything. You tell me what you would like to do and I am game." He reached to put his arm around Kia. In doing so, he accidentally brushed her breast with his hand.

Kia smiled saying" Dancing and drinks it is let me go change quickly then we can head out."She said leaning in and placing a soft kiss on his lips before moving to stand and head to the bedroom.

Nick watched her get up and move toward the bedroom. He had the urge to follow her, but decided it might not be welcome. He waited for Kia to return. A night of dancing might be fun for them.

Kia returned a few minutes later wearing a little black dress that would surely turn a few heads while they danced. It hugged her curves like a second skin and she joined him in the living room with her heels in jer hand " You think this dress is ok Nick?" She asked

"No Kia. That dress is not okay. That dress is way beyond okay. That dress looks incredible on you. You make that dress perfect. I am not sure that we should go out with you wearing that dress. I am sure I will end up having to beat all of the guys off."

Kia blushed and giggled " Should I change?" She joked. She smoothed the dress out and said " You dont hvae to worry about other guys Nick you'll be the only one who has my attention tonight"

"Don't you dare change. I wasn't worried Kia. I am happy about the fact that you are going out with me tonight, and that I will be coming back here with you tonight." Nick stepped closer to Kia, took her in his arms, and kissed her deeply...his hands on the small of her back, pressing her close to him. Then he released her. "Okay, let's go dancing."

Kia blushed grinning and taking his hand as they stepped through the front door. They made their way to the club in his car and having a drink at the bar before dancing.

Nick noticed all of the heads turn as they entered the club.....and it wasn't just guys who were checking Kia out. He couldn't blame them. She looked fucking hot in the dress and heels. He placed his hand on the small of her back as they walked to the bar. He found a stool for her and he stood behind Kia. They ordered drinks and looked around...taking it all in. After their drinks arrived, he handed Kia hers and they started to drink. He whispered in her ear, "you are the hottest looking woman in the club." Then he kissed her neck lightly.

Kia sighed and grinned " Mmm your just trying to come back home with me tonight" she joked and giggled leaning against him. " and in my opinion Nick...Your the hottest guy here" she said to him. She leaned in closer as they sat in a booth and she sat on his lap " You want to dance right here or do you want to hit the floor?"
