Is Blackstone's formulation of presumptive innocence irrelevant to you in those criminal laws you hug so dearly? You know, 'It is better that ten guilty persons escape than one innocent suffer.'

Trump's team put one or more into a hellhole of a prison by 'clerical error.' Had he been given due process in the US, he would have had an opportunity to state his case. As it didn't, we have at least one injustice case on board, with who knows what to come?
