US Political Meme's

The common lie being portrayed here is that defending due process favors non citizens more than citizens.

Also, the common lie is that anyone is that the targets are being defended rather than constitutional principles.
Due process isn’t meant for non-citizens. If there was no due process to enter the country, there shouldn’t be any to remove them. We should focus on those here illegally who shouldn’t be and take action. Grow up.

Yes it is.
No, it's not.
There is due process for both.
There’s no due process for either; it applies only to legal citizens. Check the Constitution.
You being ignorant of the Constitution is the childish part here.
I'm not being ignorant of the Constitution. In fact, I'm better equipped for it than you are. And as far as being childish, you are consistently childish and everything you post.

I have. You haven't
The fifth and fourteenth Amendments apply to persons within the US rather than citizens within the US.

This has been upheld by the Supreme Court

How are you going to know if they’re here legally without due process, sir? I’m all for deporting criminals, but not some random immigrant who is here obeying laws and minding his own business, let alone a citizen who happens to be brown.

All immigrants who do not have authorization to be in the US are "criminals" and subject to deportation upon discovery.

Immigrants who are here legally ARE REQUIRED, as a condition of their lawful immigrant status, to carry their documentation on their person and present it upon demand. Failure to do so will subject them to arrest until such time as proof of their lawful status is provided.

No one is being apprehended solely because of their skin color. Each stop/detention is required to conform to the same standards for arrest as any other person. This means that the cops have to have some sort of reasonable basis to initiate the stop. Skin color is not a reasonable basis and deportations based on those kinds of stops have been tossed and the individual released.

That you would believe such things are occurring is because you don't actually care about the truth. You only care about those narratives which feed your TDS and allow you to spread your misinformation to the other shock troops who believe the same way you do.

The people being picked up and deported are those already committing crimes, not just in their home country but also here in the United States. Those are the ones who don’t deserve or should still get due process.
