Noticed you were conspicuously absent so figured I'd pop in and see what's up. Hope you're feeling better soon!

Thanks all,

it mean a lot for so many to be concerned.
I'm still weak but the pain has somewhat abated.
Very low on iron, most eat red beets and spinach;
I eat neither. So last nite my son fixed fish and today
someone gave me bouillabaisse, both high on iron. Oh, and
taking iron supplement.
Still very low on energy so I might be seeing my GP tomm.

just a note!

Hi all, not well, a bit worse for wear, but getting better, though not in leaps and bounds.....seems my red blood count has been a mite low for some time and my body yelled loudly(level 8 pain), so now with ugly pills to help alleviate deficiency and uglier ones for the pain, I am on the slow road to recovery.....

If I had known I should have taking a flight to Atlanta from San Francisco instead to Geneva.

update

woke up this am w/o the pain. But i do have appt tomm with gp and one with ecologist on ninth. Figure now enough time has passed for a second set of blood tests to show a difference.

Tired of being shut in so going to see M today. He has more fish for me!!! His car is dead so he needed a few things at store(fish, not car) for it.

Sitting at the desk this morning making out my sons birthday card..he turns 18 on the 15th.
I put a few pictures inside from his first birthday,silly funny ones that will make him smile,also a couple of balloons just cause you NEED balloons to have a party,a gift card he can use to restock snacks for his room...
In one of his 1st birthday pics there is a picture of my Mom scooping up ice cream.Just looking at the pictures and suddenly my eyes filled up and overflowed.He was 6 when she passed away.
Kind of flooded with all kinds of memories this morning
