Good Morning everyone and thank you all. Yes, the week went well; a great time was had. There were just two visitors...my son and his partner...she's a city girl and has seen very little of the Aussie countryside. She had a ball. We took them here and there and spent time relaxing at home while there were a couple of days of welcome showers. All in all a lovely time.
We're now spending a few days enjoying some "free time"

P.S. Loved the “Egyptian” T shirt ….. could not help wondering what was the subject of the very interesting pose of the camera lady!!

Hello Vasco, the T shirt was bought in Canberra, from memory, not Cairo unfortunately. It was an exhibition a couple of years ago.
The 'interesting pose' was 'the other three' having their photo taken.......
Thanks Ken, yes, the sky looks its best in monochrome..........I did tweak it with a red filter though. Used the Pentax monochrome.

Because it was all new for both of us, we got right into it: experimenting with different bits of gear, lighting (indoor and outdoor) poses, outfits etc etc. It was a terrific time. It was a major new discovery for us......and a lot of fun.

In addition to the fine camera work, your surrounds look like the “Garden of Eden” with “Eve” personified. A magnificent place to experiment and practice and perfect both your talents.
All I can say is …… “keep up with the photography ….. as the more your expertise with the camera captures Vanessa’s persona, the more beautiful and enchanting she becomes!
