Dear Vanessa, thank you for your lovely reply and especially for your fantastic photos (the one you attached is beautiful, and your breasts look so real and close to me that I could lick my TV...). However, these photos of you hanging out the laundry don't do you justice at all!!! I remember some photos of you hanging out the laundry, too, but you were wearing your little yellow dress, and if I'm not mistaken, you weren't wearing panties. You were simply beautiful, and you blew me away so much that, as you can see, I still remember your beauty. I know it was probably hot, while it's cold now, but personal care comes first. You need to take care of your body (massages, exercise, etc.), take care of your image (hairdresser, new clothes, sexy clothes, new lingerie, etc.), and enjoy life, especially because the years we have left aren't that many, and we need to thank the universe for every day we spend in this beautiful world, with the partner we love and with whom we make love as often as we can. A little bit of nonsense: Vanessa and I, like most of the worlds population, enjoy ice cream. We generally make a point of eating it at least a couple of times a week after dinner......either with some other dessert or on its own. However, over time, the 'fancy' brand(s) we routinely would buy seemed to be less palatable to the point of not digesting very well at all. One afternoon we happened to come across a Youtube clip on good and downright bad ice cream brands. Turned out the few favourite varieties we eaten for years, were not "ice cream" at all. Over the past few years they had become somewhat of a industrial chemists playground. They are now called ice desserts......something we'd not noticed. The clip had a couple of recommended brands, the real thing: milk, cream etc and not much else. The other brands had none! We now eat petty much true ice cream.

I took the near new container of ice dessert and tipped it out down the back yard, thinking it would just melt away in a few hours. Wishful thinking. Not only was it the same solid lump of crap the next morning, but it was still there three days later! Check your ice cream container; if the main ingredients are not cream, milk and sugar.........then it ain't ice cream.

Nowadays the Australian regulations are pretty strict and a manufacturer cannot advertise ice cream unless it has minimum standards for ingredients. There are only a few products in the cold section that qualify these days. Weasel words abound in marketing.

Which is why it is always refreshing to see the delicious Vanessa. What you see is what you get and the quality is beyond compare - posed or candid!

well said Richard. In most of my comments over a long time now, I and I know many of us on here, all love the candid shots and the gilmpse they give of your life together. I also couldn’t count the times comments will say how gorgeous Vanessa is now as well as in early shots.
I especially have always loved the more recent shots, with or without clothes. Maybe those comments were language difficulties, if I were to be generous, but rest assured, you two are really both valued and loved on here for what you do. Steve

Well done Richard for coming to the defence of the lovely Vanessa, the guy seems to have a serious case of verbal diarrhoea with no sense of where the boundaries are.
I enjoyed your pictures of Vanessa in housework mode and even dressed in work clothes Vanessa is still a very attractive and desirable woman, no such thing as a bad picture of the lovely Vanessa. She would be desirable dressed in a potato sack such is her enduring beauty.

Ice creams, like so many other "foods" on sale at the supermarket, are often ultra-processed junk full of chemicals.
If it's soft, it's probably the seed oils.
Same with so many "milks" like oat and almond, which are branded as healthy. Full of seed oil and other garbage.
These processed seed oils were originally used as lubricants in factories.
We now give our children treats like well-known burgers fried in these oils, washed down with a fizzy drink full of sugars and chemicals.
It's no wonder that rampant obesity is the forerunner of so many mid-life diseases.
Most supermarket bread is also full of junk and preservatives.
I think I'm a similar age to you and am feeling healthier than I have for years after switching to a carnivore diet: mainly meat, fish, eggs and full fat milk. The animal fats are helping to repair the joints damaged by decades of playing sport and this allows me to get back on court four or five times a week.
I've chucked out all the seed oils and now fry or roast meats in beef dripping and butter. My blood pressure and cholesterol levels are the same as when I was super fit half a lifetime ago.
Dump the seed oils. Dump the carbs. Dump the sugars. Dump the chemicals. Dump the processed crap.
And check how genuine your olive oil is. Much of it is contaminated.
Humans evolved to eat meat.

You're spot on Muff. Vanessa has a book written by a chap called Michael Pollan an American author; I think it's called 'In Defence Of Food'. He's famous for the quote..."Eat food, not too much, mostly plants". I can't remember if he said this: "Don't eat anything your grandmother wouldn't recognise as food". However, grandmothers of our generation are all gone. Younger grandmothers may not qualify.

Hi guys, what a wonderful picture of the lovely Vanessa relaxing, what a beautiful woman she is, the other picture is also very nice, hand poised for maximum fun.
With regards to the food debate, many years ago I worked in the food industry and for the manufacturer it’s all about shelve life and what hooks the customer. Ice cream in particular has e numbers and emulsifiers, all particularly effective on kids. Don’t get me started on margarine. Having worked in many processing plants for many years I became an obsessive label reader and would only buy and eat totally natural products with minimal processing. The small independent producers being often the best but more expensive, quality comes at a price unfortunately.
As for ice cream, buy an ice cream maker the results will surprise you. Very tasty and you are in control.
