Vanessa 2

..........yes , apparently anything other true ice cream can only be described as a "ice dessert". Crap would be a better description.

Oh Wow; that guy must've needed a change of underwear. 😊

You're spot on Muff. (y) Vanessa has a book written by a chap called Michael Pollan an American author; I think it's called 'In Defence Of Food'. He's famous for the quote..."Eat food, not too much, mostly plants". I can't remember if he said this: "Don't eat anything your grandmother wouldn't recognise as food". However, grandmothers of our generation are all gone. Younger grandmothers may not qualify.
Hi Richard
Just got home after playing two hours of table tennis this morning and nearly two hours of padel this afternoon.
I agree with all of the above and would only amend one phrase to "mostly meat and fish".
All the best,
Muff.

Are those the same book?
It looks like she is reacting differently to the second one.

........no they're not, the second is 'Erotic Stories' 😊

Allowing the fingers to do some walking..... ;) Very nice Richard!! Thank you both for sharing!!

You're welcome Fred (y)

Still taking it easy is really my definition of taking it easy and making yourself comfortable and having pleasure. Life is quite simple, really and you don’t even need to have fancy clothes or any other wealth than a good book, a sofa and a free hand! Love it!❤️

Thanks Dane 👌

Such a beautiful woman. Always has been, always will be.😻😻😻😻😻😻

👍

Grazie Lorenzo...........

I usually have a good success rate when booking accommodation. Not on this occasion however. Booked a motel in Toowoomba which looked good on the net but in reality was just a dump....an absolute dump. Booked two nights, left after the first and came home. We achieved most of what we'd intended during the one night stay anyway. It wasn't a holiday as such but more: 'we had a couple of things we needed to do'.

When we've travelled in the past we would stay in holiday cabins (parks) which are spacious, generally new and fully self contained. Much nicer. These types of accommodation seem to be taking over and the good' ol motel is sinking into the mire. The one we stayed in looked like it had sunk and somehow resurfaced! Heading off again in a couple of weeks to southern NSW and will only stay in cabins.....holiday parks. It was good to get home.

We weren't in much of a mood for photos etc (sorry) but managed to get a couple when we stopped to eat etc.

Recently did something similar when we travelled to Devon -250 miles a long journey in the UK😂. B&B was a little “tired” ht the coast was superb. Like you, lesson learned re bookings for future expeditions. You know any photos you post are welcome and for me seeing V in the “real world” is always a gorgeous sight. ❤️. Steve

I enjoyed your pictures of Vanessa in housework mode and even dressed in work clothes Vanessa is still a very attractive and desirable woman, no such thing as a bad picture of the lovely Vanessa. She would be desirable dressed in a potato sack such is her enduring beauty.
Nuff said , keep up the good work and thank you both for sharing 🙏👍

You can say that as much as you like Binns. :) What a lovely compliment, thank you. 🤗

Hi guys, what a wonderful picture of the lovely Vanessa relaxing, what a beautiful woman she is, the other picture is also very nice, hand poised for maximum fun.
With regards to the food debate, many years ago I worked in the food industry and for the manufacturer it’s all about shelve life and what hooks the customer. Ice cream in particular has e numbers and emulsifiers, all particularly effective on kids. Don’t get me started on margarine. Having worked in many processing plants for many years I became an obsessive label reader and would only buy and eat totally natural products with minimal processing. The small independent producers being often the best but more expensive, quality comes at a price unfortunately.
As for ice cream, buy an ice cream maker the results will surprise you. Very tasty and you are in control.

Thank you again, Binns :) .... and yes I have thought of getting an ice cream maker as we both love it and putting proper fruit and other flavourings would add a lot I think. As for margarine we avoid that like the plague.

Vanessa is truely the best beauty I see on Lit, she reminds of my wife who is same age and they just keep getting more beautiful and sexual. Thank you for sharing.

Thanks so much Viking .. that's very nice to read. :)

the pilot is ray hanna one of the best a very cool vid.

aha ... thanks Buzzo .. and yes very cool I agree!

Beautiful, elegant, classy... there are not enough words to describe this beautiful lady and the beautiful images of her that you share. Thank you.

😊 ... well you've chosen some delightful words there Canadian .. many thanks.

I love those crazy legs...😜👅

😁🤗

Hi Richard
You are so right.
Ice creams, like so many other "foods" on sale at the supermarket, are often ultra-processed junk full of chemicals.
If it's soft, it's probably the seed oils.
Same with so many "milks" like oat and almond, which are branded as healthy. Full of seed oil and other garbage.
These processed seed oils were originally used as lubricants in factories.
We now give our children treats like well-known burgers fried in these oils, washed down with a fizzy drink full of sugars and chemicals.
It's no wonder that rampant obesity is the forerunner of so many mid-life diseases.
Most supermarket bread is also full of junk and preservatives.
I think I'm a similar age to you and am feeling healthier than I have for years after switching to a carnivore diet: mainly meat, fish, eggs and full fat milk. The animal fats are helping to repair the joints damaged by decades of playing sport and this allows me to get back on court four or five times a week.
I've chucked out all the seed oils and now fry or roast meats in beef dripping and butter. My blood pressure and cholesterol levels are the same as when I was super fit half a lifetime ago.
Dump the seed oils. Dump the carbs. Dump the sugars. Dump the chemicals. Dump the processed crap.
And check how genuine your olive oil is. Much of it is contaminated.
Humans evolved to eat meat.
All the best,
Muff.

Well said Muff ... it's certainly a battle in which you have to stay on your guard!

(Your Flickr Post) When you relax, you really relax. Why then is my blood pressure so high. Great subject matter, great photos. Thanks for posting. 😛 :p

Haha ... well it sounds like we both got something good out of it then, FDW.

Enjoy, lots of pics please, its turned into autumn quickly in the UK 😉

... and to summer here Aon ... thank you

Gorgeous V in both pics xx Have good break!

🙏

Looks like a real page turner. Best to get comfortable and to slip into something comfortable like your beautiful birthday suit

That's certainly the most comfortable .. so no problem there Heath. :)

Thigh highs rock..😍

I bet you slept well that night, Muff ... sounds exhausting! :)

You're spot on Dane ... the simple pleasures are certainly the best. 🙏

Such a beautiful woman. Always has been, always will be.😻😻😻😻😻😻

Thank you Lorenzo ... sadly very few photos this time but next time we'll make up for it. 🤞

That's lovely Steve ... thank you. And yes, you live and learn. :)

Same experience in Toowoomba. I have a coworker that usually books my accommodation there and a couple of times it’s been at a hotel across from the park a couple of blocks from downtown. Outside looks very nice but the rooms are terrible.

Interesting ... we'll put that one on our list to avoid too, Doug!

Which did you enjoy more?

😀 ..... I'll give you one guess Mike ... 😊

Hi guys, I like your pictures of the lovely Vanessa, captured unprepared and relaxed totally natural, and I very much like the polka dot dress. Ranks up there with the yellow dress, looks great, fits perfectly and buttons up the front for ease of access, perfect. Great pictures, hope the trip went well, other than the accommodation. I once shared a room with a mouse in Amsterdam, the hotel looked great from the outside but had a few unwanted guests. Well travel does broaden the mind, just doesn’t always meet up with one’s expectations.
Happy trails and thanks for sharing 👍
