Oh so sexy. I can see why he got you something green. You look wonderful in green. Would like to see more green posts.

Sweetie, I've got LOTS of red

Hmm, where is that tingle coming from? Red...green...I think its only inevitable that you make a rainbow post....can you dress yourself in something red, orange, yellow, green, blue, indigo, and violet all at once? Or, in a much, much better suggestion, can you post seven shots in a row for each of the colors? What am I saying, of course you can.

I will play you a tune, sure, but Im afraid no Traffic is allowed. How about "I Wanna Little Sugar In My Bowl"?

I want a little steam
on my clothes
Maybe I could fix things up
so they'll go
Whatsa matter Daddy
Come on, save my soul
Drop a little sugar in my bowl

Also, The Mamas and the Papas version of "Dedicated To The One I Love" is slighty less maudlin. Appropriately enough.

I did so love them.... especially on "Monday Mondays" as they were "California Dreaming".......

Sit down I think I love you.

Howdy Ms Moon.
Timing, as they say, is everything.
Being home on a Saturday night is just dandy with you around. :rose:

Why Trav, are you usually out on Saturday nights? I believe so...I can see you in the bar... watching the band... probably a good Blues band... maybe Magic Slim..... Ogling the young girls shaking their booties in time to the music... nice... a perfect spot for you to wow them with your knowledge of the blues....

Or maybe I presume too much, dear friend?

And there are two mamas and two papas, so each spin of the greatest hits comes with its own mmfff fantasy. And dont you feel kind of bad for Denny Doherty? Everyone remembers Mama Cass and Michelle Phillips, and usually John Phillips too, but Doherty? Case in point, I had to look up his name before I wrote this.

<looking around for a stool> Next up? "Jennifer Juniper"

Poor, poor Denny.... well, we can't all be famous! And please don't get me started on Donovan! That man was only the cutest one in the 60s (oops... showing my age, I am!)

The Scottish Dylan, wasn't he? Well, maybe not, but still quite good. And yes, dreamy. And responsible, too! Didn't he raise Brian Jones' kid after his dad died? Jeez, how am I supposed to compete with Donovan?
And its necessarily showing your age to think Mr. Leitch is cute. I have a monster crush on Barbara Feldon.

You were pretty much on the money... except for the "young" girls part.

Hey Nineteen
That's 'Retha Franklin
She don't remember
The Queen of Soul
It's hard times befallen
The sole survivors
She thinks I'm crazy
But I'm just growing old

But I do like my live music, and a university town works just fine for that.
