My sympathies S&S - same thing happenend here: I'm up a little more than hour later than I expected today too . . . kinda wish it had been 3 instead though, as I'm still dog-tired!

Doesn't have to be viewed as you losing time in the day - potentially you could look at it as being that you've just extended your Friday night by 3 hours!
