I was a big supporter of Darktoz for a while, and actually built the Android version of Femdom City. But he's too into futa and hard bdsm for my taste. I just played his brand-new update of Shadow Over Blackmore, which has some hotness.

I'm also a patron of Super Alex, who developed the incest-based game "Amnesia", but frankly I had to recode it heavily to make it work -- characterisation is totally confused.

And, I've only played one of these, but it was pretty rad. The Headmaster by Altosandherdone. A headmaster will go to any length to turn the wayward girls in his charge into upstanding young women. I'd avoided this game, because it seemed too vanilla for my taste, and I didn't like the way way the people were rendered with black outlines. How stupid I was to ignore it! And thanks so much, @AwkwardlySet for recommending it.

This game is part story, part gestalt therapy, part chess. It is *very* affecting, and took me by surprise. It forces the player to gain deep, real insights into their own sexuality and personality -- it could almost be a tool for psycho-sexual therapists. It's so good, that I had no temptation to decompile it and tweak it to improve it or to cheat, as I do with most other games.

It's way more immersive than most of the stories here, and, if anybody reading this thread hasn't ventured to play Renpy games, this is the one to start with (if you're heterosexual male).

Games are rarely that narrow in their choice of kinks. The one I first recommended to the OP, "Nothing is Forever" lets you choose your path and has some chastity/denial play, as far as I remember. I'll send you the Android link in a PM.

I'd be interested to find that too -- The trouble with "non-consent" in games is that, if there are any choices to make, then, in a way, the player is always in control, so it's always kind of consensual. So I imagine a pure VN with few or no choices or sandbox is where that would be found.

Having said that, a game I haven't mentioned here, which won't be to everyone's taste, but happens to be the game I actually get off on most, is "Femdom Wife Game - Zoe", which is a Unity game, where you basically hang around in the apartment with your fiancee, pleasing her more and more. It starts to feel non-consensual after a while.

"Boring Days", which I mentioned above, has a lot of t&d (if you play it that way), and you definietly start to feel that the MC starts to lose his ability to prevent it taking place, so it also starts to feel like non-con.

It's partly because of the "player is always in ultimate control" thing that I set out to develop my own game using chat AI to really make the player feel not in control of things! The biggest tech problem is that the AI model alone is 60 Gb and needs a really powerful processor - I don't want to make it an online game, but I might have to.

I haven't really go to that stage yet -- my blender/Daz chops aren't quite up to it yet, in spite of the many months I've spent on practicing (you can see some of attempts in my "Training Libby" stories). But I don't think it will be a problem. I've made an animated avatar which kind of works, but I'm moving away from that to making it more like an online chat, where pictures/videos get posted -- more of a chat sim basically.

You can take the character in any direction you want and somehow, amazingly, it still feels like an actual story despite being given that freedom. (Unless, like me, you pick the easy slag route all the way through, in which case the final act becomes a tedious repetitive slog of our heroine not making it across a supermarket isle without someone getting their end away with her, so do make some discriminating choices).

Ive read quite a few VNs but never anything that Id say was "erotica". Usually it's just "We need to put some H scenes in here or it wont sell."
Great example is stuff like Fate/Stay:Night, which had a couple out of place sex scenes jammed into it.

Aurelia - This is less of a VN style game, and more like if Sierra Games back in the 80s had said, "let's REALLY do a porn game instead of just Leisure Suit Larry." Lots of minigames, etc. and tons of flavors. Writing is good, not amazing, but there's an actual game there.

Some niche recommendations:

Ravager - Have you ever wanted to be a dragon, raping and pillaging your way across a dark fantasy world? Sure, we all have! Well, no, not really. But if you have, this one is for you.
Love of Magic - It's like an airport bookstore fantasy novel crossed with a harem VN. The writing IS NOT good, but it's very... specific. If you like that kind of fun trash urban fantasy experience, it's perfect.
Lunar's Chosen - Holy shit, so many futa. When I started playing it, it was kind of "hey, here's this guy, and he's got a magical talent, and harem romance," but eventually I guess the dev just decided to shout to the world "THESE ARE MY KINKS!" I haven't played it in a while, but if you want futas and don't mind not-so-great writing, there you go.
Max Gentlemen Sexy Business - This one's flat out silly. There's cartoonish nudity and outlandish plots, with non-gender-specific erotic text. It's a deeply, deeply goofy game. Kinda grindy, though, and not in a fun way.
Seeds of Chaos - Dark as fuck fantasy story. Too dark for me, usually. Beautiful art, though, and tons of kinks.
Tame It! - Not great writing (translated from German, I think) and uses a gimmicky system to communicate with the two monstergirls that are the main love interests. Survival-themed, so you have to deal with gathering, etc.

Sorry for reviving an old topic but I really love Visual Novels.

The best ones I have played so far are:
Being a DIK - About a guy starting college and joining a fraternity and some crazy stuff happens. Really cool mini-games and mechanics. Alot of paths that lead to very different storylines. Graphics are really good.

Eternum - tells a more straightforward story about a VRMMO, again really good graphics, good story, good mini games.

And my favorite:
Desert Stalker - About a guy who is a desert stalker. He basically eplores the ruïns of the destroyed civilization as his job. In a post apocalyptic world the MC has his own household, he fucks his wife, daughters, servants even slaves. You can put sharing on to see some scenes where the MC allows his family/servants to service other men. There are some supernatural things like mutants but nothing too crazy. There is also a young queen that grows fond of the MC.
