This is video from an April 20 assault in East Harlem (E. 107th St. & 3rd Ave.). A 14-year-old boy confronted a 15-year-old girl after she refused to give him her number, threatened her, slammed her to the ground, and stomped on her head. She suffered a concussion and was hospitalized. The boy was arrested and charged with assault; he's due in family court. NY Post reported it today.
