BATON ROUGE, La. — Two men arguing at a Walmart customer service counter pulled guns on each other, setting off a stampede of panicked customers, some of whom thought there had been a shooting.

KANSAS CITY, Mo. —

Police in Raymore are investigating after a man was shot in the parking lot of Walmart Tuesday evening.

The store is located in the 2000 block of West Foxwood Drive.

Authorities were called there about 6:20 p.m.

Police said the victim was shot in the shoulder and leg. The injuries were believed to be non-life-threatening.

Police Chief Jan Zimmerman said the victim had been shopping at Walmart and was loading up the groceries in the car when the suspected shooter pulled up. There was some sort of conversation between the shooter and the victim. Zimmerman said the victim was shot after walking back to his car.
