Walmart. Guns. Again.

KANSAS CITY, Mo. —

Police in Raymore are investigating after a man was shot in the parking lot of Walmart Tuesday evening.

The store is located in the 2000 block of West Foxwood Drive.

Authorities were called there about 6:20 p.m.

Police said the victim was shot in the shoulder and leg. The injuries were believed to be non-life-threatening.

Police Chief Jan Zimmerman said the victim had been shopping at Walmart and was loading up the groceries in the car when the suspected shooter pulled up. There was some sort of conversation between the shooter and the victim. Zimmerman said the victim was shot after walking back to his car.

Just today, NotVetteman was pimpin' that hallowed wingnut trope...
An armed society is a polite society.:)

The reality is, pissy older white males with an overdeveloped sense of privilege will often brandish their steel penis substitutes to forestall dissent.

The episode in Walmart today shows the logical consequence of this delusion.

Walmart removes violent video game displays in stores after shooting
WLBT | Fri Aug 09, 2019 14:26 UTC

The retailer instructed employees in an internal memo to remove any marketing material, turn off or unplug video game consoles that show violent games — specifically Xbox and PlayStation units, and to make sure that no violence is depicted on screen ...

... yet, they leave the guns in stores.

don't have to look any further than this:
As the nation's largest retailer, Walmart is also one of the largest sellers of guns and ammunition in the world.
money, money, money....

an "active shooter" when there was no shooting?

also, not sure about MO. law but if his long gun was not loaded he may not have broken any laws.

But a stupid thing to do? OH, YES.

the gun is reported as loaded. and that he was self-recording himself on his phone as he pushed a trolley around.

seems the guy was out cause havoc. whether or not he intended to shoot anyone is questionable but who's gonna stop and wonder too long after recent events.

Pretty good effort at suicide by cop or armed citizen, I'd say.

I've got him covered. . .

A guy's gotta do what a guy's gotta do when his youtube channel needs content.

Walmart doesn't sell good guns. They sell brand names but lower end models. Nobody serious about guns buys there unless you just need a cheap .22 cuz a gopher is pissing you off.
