I just stumbled across this thread and wanted to add my two cents worth. I've been married to a BBW for 20 years, I dated BBW a long time before I'd even heard the term "BBW", and I enjoy chatting with BBW to this day. I've found that women who have a little cushion are more comfortable with themselves, they aren't always trying to keep the "perfect body" (what ever the hell that is). Many of the women I've chatted with have been some of the most sensual and open women I've ever met. I agree! I have yet to meet an individual that will say, "yes, you are beautiful, lovely and sexy". It usually is, "you are cute", or "you have a lovely face".

I understand that people are either attracted to a person, or they are not. It is visual, chemical, scent, smile, electricity? But most of the time that judgment is made before they give themselves time to make a REAL opinion. If someone dismisses you SOLELY on your size, then they are just missing out.

I know that I have an equal chance, as the whole population does, at being an excellent sex partner, girlfriend, wife, etc., but that equality is sharply cut because I am a BBW.

OH, and even within THAT definition there are limitations in size! You can be "pleasantly plump" but not too much, or you are bumped into the next group...HBBW? OBBW? MBBW?

somone asked in a post here what constitutes a BBW vs someone who just has a 'little extra cushion'.
Generally a BBW is someone who is over, say, 180 lbs or so, or wears size 18w and up.
It tickles me when someone complains about wearing a size 16. Hell, I'd like to get down TO a size 16!
When I'm shopping in the plus-size dept at Wal-Mart and see the size 14's in there, I want to grab all of them and take them to another dept, lol. Please!
