2. mayo

cook the sausages (fry or grill)
add mayo

Damn it all. Now I want an Egg McMuffin and it's too late in the day to get one here.

As for spam, we always had it on the boat and our in our cabin as part of our regular food supply when we actually WANTED a break from all the seafood. I'm definitely not a fan of it, but I'll eat a bite or two now and again just for the memories that it conjures up.
