Wat’s Carbon Water-N-Stuff Thread - Concepts In Iron And Wood!!!

Intention is the core of all conscious life. It is our intentions that create karma, our intentions that help others, our intentions that lead us away from the delusions of individuality toward the immutable verities of enlightened awareness. Conscious intention colors and moves everything.

No one saves us but ourselves. No one can and no one may. We ourselves must walk the path.

Think for yourself and let others enjoy the privilege of doing so too.

There is this really annoying Safari rifle on sale for a halfway decent price. Three seven five H&H Magnum. That would pretty well knock the piss out of anything in this hemisphere.

It’s calling.

Very interesting….

I was looking at an SM12 during the lockdowns. They were hard to find this side-O-da-pond. What one outlet was offering was a Safari w/ rifle included for around $8k…now, I really wasn’t looking to go on safari at the time, but that seems like a bargain!🤣

I ended up finding a used SM Mountain Rifle .270 that didn’t look like it had ever been fired. Guns Int. good group to deal with…

My favourite importer just picked up a major stash of M1 carbines. They have examples from every manufacturer, so if you’re willing to drop the money, you can collect the whole set. I have always wanted an IBM, and I have also wanted a RockOla. That would be an interesting take on business machines and jukeboxes.

Makes you wonder how many of those shots got the job done.
*chuckle* does it matter?

Modified my 300 bolt gun to handle detachable magazines. It's a convenience but I think it limits my cartridge length. I don't know if that's an issue.................yet.

Abandon wrongdoing. It can be done. If there were no likelihood, I would not ask you to do it. But since it is possible and since it brings blessing and happiness, I do ask of you: abandon wrongdoing.

Cultivate doing good. It can be done. If it brought deprivation and sorrow, I would not ask you to do it. But since it brings blessing and happiness, I do ask of you: cultivate doing good.

~ Anguttara Nikaya

Nothing can harm you as much as your own thoughts unguarded.

It might do that. I remember shooting high power and the heavy slugs for 600 years were a touch too long for the mags. It was a single load course anyway, but still.

DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT buy an M1 Universal. The bolts blow.

Kamala Does Speaking Tour To Remind Nation Why Trump Is President

U.S. — With President Donald Trump's approval ratings showing signs of decline, former Vice President Kamala Harris dutifully stepped forward to launch a speaking tour to remind the nation why Trump was elected president.

Harris embarked on a media tour this week to simultaneously promote her new memoir, 107 Days, and help voters across the country remember why they voted for Donald Trump instead of her.

"It's important for people to remember why they made this decision," Harris said during one interview. "Remembering is important because of how important it is to remember. And by remembering, we are reminded of what we are remembering. And that is the important thing."

Voters who saw Harris make the rounds on talk shows this week quickly restated their relief that they had voted to elect Trump. "I had been starting to second-guess myself a little bit, but she brought it all back," said Ray Bradley, who voted for Trump last November. "Things have gotten crazy in the world, prices are still high, and the political discourse has gotten even more contentious. But as soon as I heard Kamala speaking, it reminded me of why we absolutely had to vote for Trump. Can you imagine her actually being president? That's a terrifying thought."

And so on . . . .
