You won't, until all Muslim majority countries allow peaceful coexistance for other religions, freedom of speech and worship.
And it's not just Muslim majority countries. India's new Hindu majority government is failing to protect churches from arson attacks and arresting those Christians who protest. Historically, Indian politicians have ignored attacks and murder of Muslims as well. As for what they DON'T do about rape?

NOBEL PEACE PRIZE UPDATE: Roll Call: AUMF Expected in ‘Coming Days.’
Speaker John A. Boehner told reporters Thursday he believes President Barack Obama will be sending an Authorization for Use of Military Force to Congress very shortly.
“I’m expecting that there will be an Authorization for Use of Military Force sent up here in the coming days,” Boehner said. “And we’re going to go through a rigorous set of hearings, and continue to discuss this.”
When he was pressed if he actually meant “the coming days,” Boehner reiterated that he believed that to be the case.
“It’s also going to be incumbent upon the president to go out there and make the case to the American people for why we have to fight this fight,” the Ohio Republican said. “And his actions are going to be an important part of trying … to get the votes to actually pass an authorization.”
The tussle over a new AUMF has been a long-standing issue with Congress and the president. During his State of the Union address, Obama called on Congress to pass a new AUMF for activities in the Middle East. But Boehner has insisted that such an authorization is usually written by the White House and sent to Congress. Boehner has been waiting on the AUMF before announcing a vote.

As for the anti-Muslim activities, they seem to be mainly retribution for atrocities committed centuries ago and tit-for-tat that happened decades ago and more recently. In any event, it's comparable to a mote in somebody's eye and a beam in somebody else's.

I have to agree with Boehner on this. The conventional thing is for the POTUS to FORMALLY ask Congress for an AUMF and for Congress to respond, not the opposite.

If we were at war, there would be no new Chryslers coming off the assembly lines, there would be a draft and all the millinials would be in uniform, there would be rationing of everything and taxes would be rising.
How will we know when this Psudo-War is over? When the MIC starts refusing money to build war planes, aircraft carriers and the like because we need money for schools and hospitals. So, never.
Let the middle east take care of ISIS, once they raise enough hell to make the Iraqis give up this Shia-Sunni quibbling and kick ISIS's asses. Or the Iraqi government just will steal all the money and exile themselves to the south of France to spend more time with their families.
How do we win this "War"? Transfer the CIA to their side and let the CIA fuck up their strategy, like they have been doing to us for the last 60 years.

Requiring a draft to be part of any authorization for the use of the military would pretty much guarantee we'd mind our own business.
